Netmarble is the local company in charge.
Currently about to start F/Z, and they got ALL the pre-event campaign rewards.
They host the events without dead weeks in between, sometimes even overlapping them with adjusted AP cost.
Extra Apples and extra Quartz are given away properly to make sure the playerbase can keep up. In only 187 days they are EQUAL to us in Singularity releases (already cleared America).
Netmarble also publishes a montly schedule of every single release and update for the month on their official page.

Biligame is the local company in charge.
Finished Solomon last year, started EOR and are running GudaGuda 2 right now.
Extra Apples and extra Quartz are given away properly to make sure the playerbase can keep up.
Boudica and Mata Hari censored but the players got 100 quartz as compensation.
Already got ALL the QoL improvements of Japan AND also have in battle subtitle lines

Gameflier is the local company in charge.
They are currently running Nero Fest (despite starting 5 weeks before NA)
In the 374 days their server has been live, they have covered SIX events ahead of us.
And of course, extra Apples and extra Quartz are given away properly to make sure the playerbase can keep up.

As it stands, the NA server is the one with the slowest pace, smaller rewards and lacking quality of life improvements. I understand that not everyone wants a fast pace like the other servers have, but as it stands we have fallen behind JP's release schedule in it's first year.
