By Purchasing our services here at ChronicleHosting you are agreeing with our terms and accept them as they are. Breaking any of these terms can result in immediate termination and no refund to your Service or Product.
ChronicleHosting can change the Terms of Service anytime without warning and you will not be notified of any change in the Terms of Service as you are encouraged to check the Terms of Service at least once a month.

Website Agreement

1. Copyright, Licenses
	This website contains content that is protected by copyright laws and no one may use it for themselves or distribute it in any way. The owner of the copyrights is ChronicleHosting, any advertisements such as other communities,websites or products belongs to them, not us, even though it is on our website. You do NOT have any permission at all to use, distribute or say it is yours in any way.

2.  Uses of the website.
	You understand that, third party services not affiliated with ChronicleHosting can contain viruses such as Spyware or Trojans. ChronicleGaming is not responsible for any viruses that you may get from any third party provider or Service as you the consumer intended to come to ChronicleHosting for OUR services. It is your soul reponsibility to look over all third party products and services before you download or use them as they can contain viruses. We do not recommend using them.

3. Liability
	In no case what so ever will ChronicleHosting be responsible for anything that happens to you in any way. If you get a virus or loss of packets, PC damage, Loss of profits, or anything similiar we will not be Liable for any of it. As stated above we recommend not using third party products as they can lead to problems such as this.

Service Agreement

1. Refunds and stops.
	ChronicleHosting may give refunds depending on the situation and date of the time the consumer stopped the product. In most cases ChronicleHosting will not give back money for stopped products because the user is done with it. Cancellations can be done at any time but you will not be refunded as it is your choosing not to continue the service we provide. In some cases money can be refunded if the server is not working fully or our service did not work correctly.

2. Downtime
	ChronicleHosting has the right to stop any service for required updates or fixes and could have 24 hour downtimes.

3. Support tickets
	ChronicleHosting will not provide support for coding or modifications to your service. ChronicleHosting cannot be held responsible for any damage or even permanent damage caused to your product. Any tickets sent that are not civilised can result in termination of your product. Uncivilised language includes: foul language, Rudeness, Threats, Demands, Bribes or Blackmail.
