  1. Normal process is to redact, forward to FileNet, forward to Amanda and put the account # and name in the subject and in the body either leave blank or say something along the lines of “See attached DC”. This is the process that Amanda told us to do since she is now the one we send things to.
  2. -We used to send straight to Lynn Ledford but then we got a lead so the micromanagement got even more intense and this happens now.

  13. When you send an email to anyone, you need to specify what it’s for – not just to see the attachment. The one you sent had various accounts/information – it’s a waste of both of our time for me to try to figure out what you mean. Please be specific when you send us requests going forward.
