average placings

Since the 2 weekends of qualifiers for WSOE 4 & DH Leipzig respectively have come and gone, and we've now had a chance to see some of the new roster moves in tournament play, there's inevitably gonna be some debate over who's made the best move, or who are the contenders to go deep at Leipzig (since a majority of these teams wont be at WSOE).

So to hopefully inspire some decent discussion, I decided to compile all the RLCS/RLRS teams who played in these tournies and compare them by their average placing over the past 2 weekends. And since sometimes teams get bracket blessed or bracket fucked, I added their notable wins (vs RLRS and above teams) and losses (vs anyone).

**Methodoligy**

* Teams ranked by average placing over the past 2 weekends. ([placing at wsoe + placing at DH]/2).
* If a team finished in a section (ie 9th-12th), I took the median value of that range (so 5th-6th would be 5.5, 9th-12th would be 10.5 etc).
* In case teams tied, I separated by head 2 head record from these past 2 weeks.
* Please don't forget that we have not seen these teams vs TSM, Cloud9, Dignitas or NRG, & Inversely, we haven't seen those 4 teams in action vs any of these new teams.
