Apologies for the late reply, I'm out of the country at the moment.

Jess, Kieran, Molly and Liam left the property on January 20th 2018, with T being notified in writing of their intention via an email from me on 28th November 2017 (copy attached).

Sebastian left the property on approximately 22nd January 2017, and was immediately replaced by Aaron Blows, who is still at the property, and whom T is perfectly well aware of. Admittedly I can't find record of our communication to about this change, but we didn't think this mattered Sebastian was never on the tenancy agreement.

I personally sent you a copy of my passport with payslips on May 9th 2016 (copy also attached), as did Jess, Kieran and Alex that same month, and Sebastian sent you bank statements as he did not have ID at the time (they can cite or forward you their emails). Liam, Molly and I also visited your office around a similar time, where you personally took scans of their IDs.
