  1. Meat of your choice (in your case will probably be chicken) into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Vegetables / fruits of your choice (banana, pumpkin, squash, apple, etc) In bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3 tsp. Curry Powder
  4. 1 ½ tsp. Garam masala
  5. 1 / 3 tsp. Tamarind
  6. Salt
  7. Vegetable oil
  8.  
  9. Fresh garlic and ginger, finely chopped / minced
  10. 3 onions, finely chopped
  11. Tomatoes, chopped or peeled. (You can also use tomatopuree, it gives a second texture)
  12. Mustard
  13. Cardamom seeds
  14. Fenugreek
  15. Caraway seeds
  16. Bay Leaf
  17. 1. Heat oil in a saucepan (medium heat)
  18. 2. When the oil is hot, add garlic, ginger, caraway seeds, Fenugreek, mustard seeds, cardamom seeds, bay leaf
  19. 3. When the garlic and ginger start to get golden, add the onions and tomatoes
  20. 4. Wait 5 minutes and add meat / vegetables / fruit
  21. 5. Stir like you mean it.
  22. 6. Simmer for 40 minutes and then add spices, stir and let stand for a few minutes
  23. 7. Congratulations you've made curry.

  25. Here is a list of things you can also use.
  26. Yogurt, cheese, butter, milk, cream, sugar, Tabasco, soy sauce, ketchup, cashews or other nuts, mango, coconut, chocolate, red wine, coffee (not powder, brewed coffee)
  27. PROTIP: above ingredients do not work if you use them all in the same court.
