Demarcus grew up in a rough neighbor hood in Blaine County, San Andreas. He only had his father left when he was growing up. His father was a Deputy Sheriff. His mom left him at the age 13. By the age 18 Demarcus knew that he had to make some choices in life. He knew his mother will not come back so he made a choice to follow his father foot steps in becoming a Deputy Sheriff. Demarcus and his father was really close to each other. They couldn't do anything alone. Everything they did was together. Demarcus told his father he wanted to be a police officer just like him. Demarcus made his father proud by saying that he wanted to be like him.After years passed, Demarcus decides to head to college so he can be a police officer like his father. Demarcus made plans to move to Los Santos so he can go to college. Demarcus and his father moved to a house in northside of Los Santos. Demarcus was so happy to move there. Demarcus was glad to sign up for Los Santos College. While in college, DeMarcus made some new friends and continued pushing for his goal on becoming an Law Enforcement officer.







Robbing means taking another person possessions like money and other things they can give up by forcing it or get threating by force. But you must Roleplay it.Scamming is like selling or buying something without giving or paying someone what they ask for it. Both of these are Roleplayed Strictly. Everyone that is involved in robberies and scams must be level 5 or higher. You can rob $500 max from someone and you can scam $50,000 max from someone. Houses, businesses, and vehicles scams are not allowed. Robbing level 1-2 players is not allowed. Killing after a robbery or scam is not allowed but you can kill the person if he is insulting the person who is robbing them. To rob a bank you need an admin permission. There must be at least 6 PD and SD on duty to rob it. Also, the admin needs information on how are you planning to rob the bank like the weapons and tactics you will use. When the silent alarm goes off, you or the admin need to PM the online officers about the bank robbery.You can't rob or commit crimes in the safe zones areas such as City Hall, Airport, Banks, Hospitals, and etc. Also, you are allowed to rob all your money back from the person who scammed you. OOC scamming is not allowed at all.Sexual harassment without agreement on the both sides is not allowed plus it's punished by ban.Also, If you're gonna loan out money to someone, then it's completely on your own risk. All characters involved in robberies and scams must be level 5 or higher. You can rob a maximum of $500. You can scam a maximum of $50,000. There is no limit to how many weapons, drugs and cargo you can rob. You are not allowed to kill a player while or after robbing/scamming them unless they bring it upon themselves by showing attitude or non-compliance. If you have been robbed or scammed, you are allowed to rob back the things you have lost. You may not knowingly rob the same people more than once in a 2-hour period.




Death Matching is killing someone with no reason, or having a dm fight means killing people the one with the most frags is the winner. Revenge killing means that you kill the person, who killed you, (After you respawn)Metagaming is using OOC informations in an IC situation (example: Connor reads Jacob's name and use it instead of asking him in RP manner)Powergaming is giving player no chance to resist you (like you throw him/her into car without opening the doors or knock him/her out with one punch)More Examples of PG: You roleplay that you receive orders from an NPC to commit crimes, kill people, or other perform other actions. You roleplay that you are carrying a weapon or item that can be obtained in-game that you do not actually possess. When the police frisk your character down and find an illegal item, you explain via out-of-character chat that you hid it somewhere else in-character a while ago, and therefore it is no longer on your person.
