  1. Liber Chaotica Order 13:
  2.
  3. These guidelines are to immediately go into effect the minute of it's posting, these are excerpts from the new handbook being written and are to be enforced ranks NCO through Command. These changes will be overseen by the Dominus and those not efficiently seen enforcing them will be deemed unfit for their rank and removed from it for a more prospective replacement.

  7. - Uniform Policy Changes 0.2.0
  8.
  9. .Uniform is defined as any outfit that is distributed through The Chaos Decretum (2017-Present) intended for use to represent the group in appearance and dress.
  10. .95% of the uniform is to be worn on base/defenses/raids at all times, the acceptable changes from this are what is worn underneath the armor (replacing the standard mesh rigged fatigue layer)
  11. .Uniform may be modified entirely to the wearers content and comfort.
  12. .Extremities of the body must be covered [TITS, ASS, VAGINA, DICKS, HERM DICK, HORSE DICK, PROLAPSED ASSHOLE, NIPPLE] canonly warhammer is more modest than you think. Go ahead, find official artwork that shows a hyper-fat horse dicked noise marine raping someones engorged butthole while it's vaping fart and sweat fumes. I'll wait.
  13. .Extreme modifications to uniform such as taller avatars, daemonettes, greater daemons, possessed space marines, etc - must be approved by an officer. Rulings on uniform approvals made by an officer on someones avatar can only be contested by the Dominus until further notice, if an issue were to arise on someones judgement.

  17. - Structure Changes 0.2.0
  18.
  19. .Internal issues between members of the group and questions will go directly up the chain of command, starting with Officers - the only exception being those involved in the Carnifex Division whom are trained and given the position of taking and solving group issues. NO ISSUE should be brought up to the immediate attention of Command or the Dominus unless it's directly by someone holding Officer rank. Anyone caught disobeying this chain of command will be punished severely from demotions of rank, being put through Cultist training again, to being executed for incompetent behavior.
  20. .Raid Leaders have OIC status automatically upon taking the position of a Raid Leader, unless said person passes the duty onto another. The only ones who can supersede the authority of a Raid Leader are officers and above.
  21. .External issues are defined as things involving communication with foreign elements outside of the boundaries of The Chaos Decretum, being other groups or entities. External Issues are only to be handled by the DESIGNATED PERSONNEL and are involved in the Carnifex Division where they are trained and certified to handle said External Issues. Anyone caught acting out of these boundaries will be severely punished.

  25. - Punishment Changes 0.2.0
  26.
  27. .Discipline within the group is only issues by those in the power of doing so, being those in the group whom hold Officer and above as they have the powers to do so.
  28. .NCO ranks in the group seeking discipline have to get it approved through an officer.
  29. .Discipline can only be contested by Command and the Dominus.
  30. .Demotion is the first line of punishment in the group and can be taken as many times as possible until it's deemed necessary to continue to the second line of punishment from repeated offenses.
  31. .Cultist Training is the second line of punishment in the group, and that is a complete repeat of all phases of Cultist training starting from the very basics of understanding how to to listen when someones telling you to do something.
  32. .If Cultist training, even twice, fails to convince someone not to repeat their actions - execution and ejection from the group is the third line of punishment and entirely justified up at that point.
  33. .Excommunication occurs when the history of the member in question is so extensively bad that they are no longer trusted to be apart of the group ever again, and therefor are barred from entry permanently unless changed by the Dominus directly.
  34.
