  5. Indeed. Warehouse is Batman turf. You want to see a more even match up, stick them on a rolling field in Equestria with the sun shining brightly.

  12. Twilight can transmogrify creatures into different species (mice into cinderella horses), although she stated that she could not transform a hydra into a "small rodent of any kind".
  13.
  14. Depending on the limits of this ability, she could turn Batman into a harmless animal, maybe?
  15.
  16. Or maybe she does that and an adorable hamster-batman *still* figures out a way to win because he's the goddamn hamster-batman.

  28. but he has time to prepare is his point.
  29.
  30. one of batmans main things is he literally kicks the ever living crap out of anyone if he has preptime, thats kind of a rule with batman.
  31.
  32. since batman has preptime, he therefore has his usual god plot armor that people get so ravenously pissed off about.
  33.
  34. these pony backers REALLY REALLY underestimate the ungodly amount of plot armor batman has.

  38. That would actually be too easy for Twilight. Warehouse gives cover for Batman and ammo for Twilight, while being contained and setting a reasonable perimeter.

He's also not going to be setting off nine flashbangs directly in front of him without seriously fucking himself over. 63. Guys, guys, I think this thread needs to close. Oh, don't think that I'm suggesting this out of dislike. I've enjoyed our time here, but all good things must come to an end. We've had a rousing discussion about the capabilities of both Batman and Twilight Sparkle. We've been civil with our points and overall good sports. Nothing has gotten ridiculously out of hand. There were some who didn't like our topic, but we were better than them and continued to enjoy youselves. The topic however is starting to stale and people are coming in to comment on how /co/ has hope, rather than the actual topic. Leave with the knowledge that has been presented here. Take into account the factors we've discussed and create scenarios in your head as to who you would want to win. Or maybe they come to a tie.
  64.
  65. Whatever the case, Batman or Twilight Sparkle, we're the real winners. Good night /co/, and always enjoy yourselves.

  80. Again, he doesn't really have time to prepare. Prepared would be bringing anti-pony spray or something. This is just strategy, and both sides of the fight get equal time to plan.

  85. Wow, a civil discussion involving both Batman and ponies? I applaud your sudden maturity, /co/, and will gladly join because this appeals to my interests.
  86.
  87. The problem with this fight is that, considering it's a fair fight with prep time, Twilight would almost certainly win. Keep in mind that in the most recent episode, she managed to telepathically grab Rainbow Dash by the tail as she was flying at full speed. Just replace RD's tail with Bats' cape, and Twilight has Bats pinned to the floor.
  88.
  89. Now, if it were an ambush attack by either of the two, Batman would certainly win as long as he stays above Twilight. Horses can't look up, if my memory serves correctly, so despite how great her peripheral vision is, Batman could just drop down and tie her up without her even noticing.

  98. I thought you said she picked him up/flung him the moment the fight began? He'd be rapidly moving away as they went off beneath or in fron of him, and he'd know to close his eyes/hold his breath. Besides, this isn"T COD. Seeing a flashbang go off won't just remove your vision while leaving you to act blindly. Your nervous system would be going insane.

  102. Batman
  103.
  104. Twilight doesn't have the nerve to consciously hurt something else. She's shown to be completely insecure in our own worth. Batman could stare her down.
  105.
  106. If there was a fight, as long as Batman quickly knocks her out, he would win. If he draws the fight out, he has a chance of pushing Twilight over the edge causing her to unleash a huge amount of magic.

  109. Actually i DO think freaking her out is a good idea. Batman deals with terrified loonies all the time, ESPECIALLY dangerous loonies he would know exactly what type of fear flowed through her and know when she would mess up and prepare for it.
