  30. Extreme Training Regimen: You gain double the normal amount of MP from a successful "Train" action during Downtime. If you succeed on a "Hard Train" action instead you gain +1 pool bonus to all rolls during the entirety of the next session. If you succeed on a "Breakneck Train" action you gain +2 pool bonus to all of your rolls and start each battle with an amount of Grit equal to your Rank for the entirety of the next session. You cannot have this Trait with Prodigy.

Insular Culture (Land of Lightning): Located as far as they are from the rest of the world, Kumogakure elevates itself above all other shinobi, scorning them and instead forming a fast and highly inter-dependant culture with one another. All Kumogakure shinobi gain +1 pool bonus whenever adjacent to a comrade from Kumogakure. They also gain an additional +1 pool bonus when battling against non-Kumogakure shinobi. However, they can never gain higher than Close Bond with any non-Kumogakure shinobi.

  36. Chakra Coils Disorder (CG): Your anatomy is irregular and as such you are incapable of using chakra in any way shape or form. You can never learn or use Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, or Chakra Control. You cannot even activate sealed items. Your Chakra Control score instead becomes 0 and you automatically fail all checks targeting your Chakra Control. However, you have learned to cope. You gain +1 to Taijutsu, +1 Basic Perk that you qualify for, +1 Grit/turn, and an additional Maneuver at character generation.

  52. First Cut (UA1, Style, Costs 3 Grit): Draw the blade. Strike. Sheath. Draw the blade. Strike. Sheath. Ichi began his training from a young age, and has master the art of the first draw. When using only basic sword attacks, Ichi always goes first in initive. In addition, he has an +1 Speed Rank from the years of experience in the lunge.

  54. Second Cut - Cut of Steel (UA2, Factor, Costs 4 Grit): Learn the feel of the steel, the tempered edge of the blade. Know that it is second only to the steel of your heart and soul. With his hardened will he knows well how to make the steel cut the deepest. When using only basic sword attacks, deal an additonal +10 in damage. But this is not enough to know the steel, you must master it. Whenever you get enough successes and grit to use a follow up, Ichi may forgoe that level of follow up and instead add that many extra dice to your next attack. So if you forgoe a 2 success follow up you gain +2 dice to your next attack, if you forgoe a crit you gain +5 dice, etc.

  56. Third Cut - Cut of Silk: (UA3, Mode, Costs 5 Grit): This Mode allows you to bank your extra successes from your previous UA and convert them into "Focus". When you finally have enough focus you can expend it all and end the mode. Focus can be spent in a few ways but must always be spent in a single burst that ends the mode until you have enough grit to use it again.
  57. 1 point gives you +4 damage per point or allows you to move your Tai instantly.
  58. 3 points improves your speed rank by 1 for your rank in turns.
  59. 5 points increases your critical modifier by 1.

  64. Signature Item (Costs 5 MP): Discuss with your Kage an item of lesser power, a kunai that always returns, a weapon that can channel chakra. "Whenever you arm this sword your next attack deals x2 damage so long as you attack in the same Turn that you armed the sword.

Exemplar of Combat (Cost: 10 MP, Requires Chakra Coils Disorder): You were different from all your classmates when you were younger, your chakra system doesn't work correctly, and thus jutsu were forever out of your grasp. However, you still were determined to be a shinobi. Your grasp over the realm of combat, however, is something no shinobi of your level can grasp, and only your superiors have ever seen. Create an Advanced Taijutsu Skill. This represents your unique fighting style. When using this skill you gain +Rank damage to each hit you deal with a successful attack or counter with this style so long as you use it without interruption on your turn.
