- Oh, here's an idea that I thought was pretty neat: heads up tournament (recommended by Ben Celestino). We can use the slot we have at the end of the semester that is the "only club member tournament" and do heads up instead! Thoughts?

- how do heads up tourneys work tho? Would we have enough time in ~4 hours to finish it?
- still love the idea, just some questions we need to think about

- I'm not sure, that's why I said I'd think about it more in the morning (I'm trying to get some beauty sleep)

- It's a bracket similar to march madness. You can watch the old videos when they ran it from 2005-2013? We can just divide our tables into halve's with one person dealing two people on their respective sides. Winner takes chips and moves on.
- It's really fun. We'll have to see how many people sign up though, (and pray to god it's even)
- The videos i'm refering to are the NBC Head's up tournaments

- And the other things we could do is have a fluid tournament until a certain point, so when one table finishes, then we can sit down the next three people and they start playing up until say the elite 8 or so. But I definitley think this'll go pretty fast

- We can do match ups based on march madness (seeding) that'll use the player's average placement during the semester. This way we can deal with an odd numbered turnout

- just about to say that

- im gonna try to go to LA while I'm here out west and go to LATB. See if I can meet Ryan Feldman and get him to sponsor the club possibly
- also accepting donations to stake me on the game lol

- Perhaps maybe just to make sure that people are finishing in time, a 15 minute timelimit? If no one had busted yet, then the winner abs the chips absorbs the chips of the loser moving on.
- Along with increasing blinds every 5? minutes or so
- I'm gonna copy and past this all to discord, just for record keeping.

- The time limit idea gets dicey if you have two tight players against each other. The fast blind structure is a go
