  1. • How old are you? What's your gender? Give us a general description of yourself.
  2.
  3. 22 years old, Male, college student.
  4.
  5. • Is there a medical diagnosis that may impact your mental stability somehow?
  6.
  7. I have social anxiety
  8.
  9. • Describe your upbringing. Did it have any kind of religious or structured influence? How did you respond to it?
  10.
  11. I'm from the United States. I'm the oldest child in the family, so there was a lot of pressure for me to be the best at whatever I did, whether that was school, sports, and etc. My family is muslim, but my parents never enforced religion on me strictly. They are deeply religious, but moderate. For as long as I could remember I've never been religious nor did I hold a belief in a higher power. I began considering myself as an atheist as early as 10 years old.
  12.
  13. • What do you do as a job or as a career (if you have one)? Do you like it? Why or why not?
  14.
  15. Right now I'm a student. I don't work, but I've done a couple of internships and I'm waiting for job offers. I hope to either go to law school or work full-time as a software developer.
  16.
  17. • If you had to spend an entire weekend by yourself, how would you feel? Would you feel lonely or refreshed?
  18.
  19. I usually spend the weekends on my own, either playing video games, programming, watching sports, reading, or learning anything that interests me. I usually feel drained from the week because I hang out with my friends a lot during the week day. The weekend provides me time to recharge and enjoy myself.
  20.
  21. • What kinds of activities do you prefer? Do you like, and are you good at sports? Do you enjoy any other outdoor or indoor activities?
  22.
  23. I am good at sports, but I really enjoy learning things that interests me. As I've gotten older, my love for playing sports has diminished. I don't really enjoy outdoor activities that much anymore.
  24.
  25. • How curious are you? Do you have more ideas than you can execute? What are your curiosities about? What are your ideas about - is it environmental or conceptual, and can you please elaborate?
  26.
  27. I would consider myself to be a curious individual. I love learning new things that interest me. For example, I spent the last weekend learning about singularity(AI/machine learning) and its future implications for society. I sometimes have more ideas than I can execute, but my ideas tend to be singular for a period of time, then I move on to another idea. At a fundamental level, my curiosities are about the underlying reasons for why things are happening. What created universe? Why are people the way they are? What is in black hole? What is it about us (Humans) that gives us consciousness? What will happen, when and if the singularity occurs?
  28.
  29. • Would you enjoy taking on a leadership position? Do you think you would be good at it? What would your leadership style be?
  30.
  31. I wouldn't mind taking a leadership role, if a group needed me to be. But, I see myself as more of an advisor to a leader. My strengths are planning, future forecasting, seeing the implications of an action or event.
  32.
  33. • Are you coordinated? Why do you feel as if you are or are not? Do you enjoy working with your hands in some form? Describe your activity?
  34.
  35. In my younger years I was, especially when I was playing a lot of sports. Nevertheless, as I've gotten older, my coordination has dipped significantly. I often find self running into things when I'm walking. I usually drop things or forget where I placed items.
  36.
  37. • Are you artistic? If yes, describe your art? If you are not particular artistic but can appreciate art please likewise describe what forums of art you enjoy. Please explain your answer.
  38.
  39. I'm not that artistic, but I do appreciate art. I especially like realism in art. So I enjoy art from antiquity , the renaissance period, and early 19th century. I also enjoy modern fashion a lot. Minimalist fashion is a personal favorite of mine because of it simplicity and its functionality. With respect to literature, probably my favorite. I enjoy series such as Harry Potter, A song of ice and fire, chronicles of narnia, dark Towers. Fantasy interests me because it allows me to enter a different world, that is separate from the real world. It might be unhealthy to look at it that way, but that's just me lol. Manga is a another interest of mine. Series like Beserk, Naruto , shingeki no kyojin, death note, and monster are personal favorites of mine. I also love watching movies like the Godfather, Dark Knight, Citizens Kane, and Star wars.
  40.
  41. • What's your opinion about the past, present, and future? How do you deal with them?
  42.
  43. I don't really think about the past, so I don't really have an opinion of it. I'm usually thinking about the future, whether it has to do with what I'm doing next, a month from now, a year from now, and 10 years from now. I try to live in the moment, but my natural state is to think about the future. Meditation has helped me a bit, but I can't deny my conditioning lol.
  44.
  45. • How do you act when others request your help to do something (anything)? If you would decide to help them, why would you do so?
  46.
  47. First I try to figure out what they want. After I establish what they want, I try and find the optimal solution to their problem. Generally though, I hate it when people ask me for help, because I believe that people should help themselves. I rarely ask for help, so I expect others to be the same.
  48.
  49. • Do you need logical consistency in your life?

  53. • How important is efficiency and productivity to you?
  54.
  55. Productivity and efficiency is everything for me. I always try to figure out the most efficient way to accomplish a task or goal.
  56.
  57. • Do you control others, even if indirectly? How and why do you do that?
  58.
  59. I don't try to control others, because I hate being controlled. That's actually a personal fear of mine. Generally, I believe people should be left to their own devices, it's not your job to make decisions for others. I can't stand controlling people or individuals that take advantage of others for their personal gain.
  60.
  61. • What are your hobbies? Why do you like them?
  62.

  66.
  67. I'm a visual learner. Mind maps are my best friend. I'm terrible with memorization or anything involving a lot of details. I consider myself an hsp, so physical sensations tend to bother me. I try to be creative with whatever I do, that includes music, fashion, coding, and etc.
  68.
  69. • How good are you at strategizing? Do you easily break up projects into manageable tasks? Or do you have a tendency to wing projects and improvise as you go?
  70.
  71. Yes, I plan for everything. I create contingency plans for everything. I create contingency plans within contingency plans. No matter what I'm doing I usually break it up into manageable tasks that achieve my objectives. I sometimes improvise, but I'm not good at doing it on the fly.
  72.
  73. • What are your aspirations in life, professionally and personally?

  80.
  81. • What do the "highs" in your life look like?
  82.

  84.

  86.
  87. Disengaged, emotionally empty, angry, callous, lazy, conspiratorial, anxious
  88.
  89. • How attached are you to reality? Do you daydream often, or do you pay attention to what's around you? If you do daydream, are you aware of your surroundings while you do so?
  90.
  91. I daydream a lot. Whether that be about my future, the books/movies that I'm into. Like for example, I often think about being shinobi in naruto. I also daydream a lot about what I could've been . I tend to not notice things right in front of me , which can cause me to be clumsy or miss something. Details are not my forte.
  92.
  93. • Imagine you are alone in a blank, empty room. There is nothing for you to do and no one to talk to. What do you think about?
  94.
  95. I'd be bored as hell. Can I at least have my laptop or a book?
  96.
  97. • How long do you take to make an important decision? And do you change your mind once you've made it?
  98.
  99. Yes I take a long time to make a decision. I don't want to make the wrong choice, so I usually research about a decision to make sure its the optimal one. Once my decision is made I stick to it, but on some cases I do change it after I get more information.
  100.
  101. • How long do you take to process your emotions? How important are emotions in your life?
  102.
  103. Emotions are important to me, but I try not to show it to others. I used to them as weak, but in the past few years that's changed. For the most part I always know how I feel, but expressing those emotions are a difficulty of mine. I'm terrible at reading others emotional needs.
  104.
  105. • Do you ever catch yourself agreeing with others just to appease them and keep the conversation going? How often? Why?
  106.
  107. If I don't feel like talking or care about a subject then yes. But generally, I'm argumentative with people. if something is not correct, I usually point it out. If something is said that bothers me, then I will speak out.
  108.
  109. • Do you break rules often? Do you think authority should be challenged, or that they know better? If you do break rules, why?
  110.
  111. I try to follow the rules, but if it doesn't make sense to me, I may cut corners to achieve my goals.
