Looks like footprints doesn't process *.eml attachements correctly. Will
upload the message directly.

Please see a message with a tracking link attached. Unlike Thunderbird,
OWA does not block the remote content but automatically downloads the
embedded image from mailtrack. This also occurs with emails that embed,
e.g., the Clemson logo in the signature. Note that I checked that these
senders are not in my "Safe Senders and Recipients" list.

Do you have an example of one of the emails to better assist us with your request?  Please attach a copy of the email to this ticket.  Are you referencing listservs as remote content?

Hi,

It seems that the Outlook Web client downloads remote content
automatically if the sender is within the @clemson.edu or @g.clemson.edu
domains. Is there a setting to prevent OWA from downloading remote
content for _all_ senders? Tracking links (mailchimp, mailtrack,...) are
spreading like cancer and I don't want any data sent to third parties
without my explicit consent.
