  32. I asked myself what would it take for me to personally play an archer, and the answer is sharp eyes. Even nerfed, they need it to fulfill their role of support DPS. Alternatively, both Archers and Hermit need it to compete against Outlaws with Speed Infusion.

  38. Sharp Eyes (nerfed to 10% crit rate, 20% dmg)

  40. Buff 2nd job Iron Arrow to NOT decrease in dmg as it goes through enemies, to improve their 2nd job training.
  41. Ranger has more crit, while Sniper has Blizzard/Frostprey freeze.

  45. Shadow Stars (fix the notorious bug)
  46. Shadow Shifter (nerf it from 30% to 20%)
  47. Venomous Star (buff it to 90 attack, make it work on bosses) Perhaps consider further buffing it in the future.

  51. Smokescreen (reduce cooldown to 3 mins, reduce duration to 30 secs)
  52. Shadow Shifter (full 40% dodge)

  56. Buff Band of Thieves from 250% to 350%
  57. Buff Assaulter from 500% to 700%, allow usage w/o an enemy present
  58. Improve Pickpocket by making it drop more mesos, leaving the % up to staff. The idea is to make it viable in combination with Meso Explosion.

  62. Speed Infusion (improve the radius this hits party members by a lot)
  63. Dragon Strike (this gives them a replacement option when not transformed and fulfills their mobbing role nicely)
  64. Super Transform (+1 wep att. , 20 def/mag def, 1 spd/jump per level, maxes out at 30 att, 600 def/mag def, 30 spd/jump)

  66. Improve Corkscrew Blow from pushing 3 mobs -> 6
  67. Improve Stun Mastery from 60% chance to 100% chance

  70. Corsair - role/theme is raw DPS with slight utility
  71. Elemental Boost (improves third job skills nicely)
  72. Bullseye (solidifies them as raw boss DPS)
  73. Wrath of the Octopi (Improves their turret DPS)

  75. Buff Burst Fire from 210% to 240% (in line with the +30% boost to Double Shot in place) Also, helps them keep up with an SE'd archer/hermit.
  76. Further buff Invisible Shot from 4 mobs to 6 to improve their second job training.

  79. Bishop - role/theme is pure support
  80. Resurrection (to revive players in boss runs)
  81. Holy Shield (to prevent status ailments)
  82. Bahamut / Angel Ray (if AR is chosen buff it from 240 base to 320 base)

  84. Change Holy Symbol to be: 1-110%, 2-130%, 3-140%, 4-150%, 5-160%, 6-170%
  85.  
  86. Archmages are fine as they are currently.
