Hosting multiple instances
I am hosting game servers. Everytime server gets full, I need to spawn new server. So there can be like 5-20 in total.
Is there any hosting where I could pay CPU per usage? I checked Springs.io but they don't accept registeration for now.

I could pay for expensive 8 core VPS but then, if there was less players I would be paying for unused resources.
If too much players, not sure how to scale up.
Look for some cloud providers like amazon or google maybe?
You'll want to stick with a cloud provider - otherwise to have fundamentally more control over your resources you can go the Dedicated route.
Do you have anything to suggest? Is there some providers where I pay only resources I use, as example there could be 8 cores but I pay only how much CPU I utilize?

I am not sure, they have so unclear options. Do you know if they have some plans with vertical scaling?
You can sign up for AWS (Amazon Web Services), which will enable you to do this as needed, and you only pay for resources used, and you have several performance options available.
amazon would be your best bet, although they are pretty pricey...
