  1. I made an order from ASOS.com and my package didn't arrive.
  2. When I saw that my tracking number status has been updated to delivered I contacted ASOS.com support service, and I got connected to live chat customer support, I talked to the agent there and they approved my refund, they said I will get my funds back.
  3. In attachment you can find an email I received an email few moments later which stated that my account has been closed.
