  1. Please note: this information only applies to members residing in one of the following countries:
  2.
  3. Denmark Norway
  4. Finland Sweden
  5. Germany United Kingdom
  6. Netherlands
  7.
  8.
  9. If the country you reside in is not included in the above list, click here for the options to verify your account.
  10.
  11. NETELLER requires verification of your identity and address.
  12.
  13. You have a few different options for verifying your identity and home address:
  14.
  15. Option A) Electronic Identity Verifier
  16.
  17. This is one of the easiest ways to verify your account. NETELLER automatically runs an electronic identity verifier on all accounts from certain countries when you first sign up. If we’re able to validate your personal identity through this electronic verification system, you will have different ways to verify your account. If we were not able to verify your personal information electronically, no problem, this just means we did not have enough information to get a match.
  18.
  19. You can tell if your account has a match by clicking on the “Verify” link located beside the Identity section under the “Account” link. You will be provided with additional options to verify your account, rather than sending in your documents. You will simply need to complete one of the following options:
  20.
  21. Adding a Net+ Prepaid MasterCard®
  22. Simply apply for a Net+ Prepaid MasterCard. Once you receive your Net+ card and activate it, your NETELLER account will be verified. You will also gain access to our fastest and least expensive withdrawal option immediately upon completing your account verification.
  23. Registering and Verifying your Bank Account:
  24. By registering and verifying your bank account, you are confirming that the information registered in your NETELLER account is accurate. After you complete your bank account verification your NETELLER account will be verified. In addition, you will have the ability to withdraw funds to that bank account in the future, using the Bank Transfer Withdrawal option.
  25.
  26. If you do not see the above options in your NETELLER account when you click on the Account link, this means that we were unable to completely verify your identity electronically.
  27.
  28. If your identity could not be fully verified electronically, if you do not wish to register your bank account, or if you do not want to apply for a Net+ card, simply complete Option B instead.
  29.
  30. Option B) Single Document (click for a sample image)
  31.
  32. To verify your identity, we need to see a clear colour copy of the front and back of your government-issued photo ID. This could either be done by scanning the document or by taking a high-resolution digital photograph, and emailing the image to us.
  33.
  34. The proof of identity document must show your full name, photo, a document number, your date of birth, and your complete home address as registered in your NETELLER account. All four corners of both the front and back must be visible, and the document must be current and valid.
  35.
  36. Acceptable government-issued photo ID includes:
  37.
  38. Driver license
  39. Passport (including the page showing your signature)
  40. ID card
  41. Permanent resident or alien registration card
  42.
  43. Please send your documents as an attachment in an email sent from the address registered on your NETELLER account to identity@neteller.com, and include your 12-digit NETELLER account ID number
  44.
  45. As soon as either option A or B has been completed, your account will be verified.
  46.
  47. Rejected Documents
  48.
  49. Sometimes, you may send documents that are not accepted. Click here to learn more about why your documents might be rejected.
