The reason why I shouldn’t shoot someone on sight while they’re holding a weapon would be; It’s not right to shoot or open fire at someone if they got a weapon out, and not pointing it at anyone  at any stage or any situation unless it is a shoot to-kill situation(Terrorists). – It is not right because in real life you would not open fire at a possible threat without warning them, only open fire if they’re threat to a LEO officer or myself. I must warn the person before opening fire by pulling a simple bind, and if they do not comply only then open fire if the suspect is not complying to neutralize the target. – I am sincerely sorry for my action that I have caused in this bank situation it was un-called for and I right now in my position am really disappointed myself and if I gotten a chance to change what I done the in the past I would of changed it accordingly. NOOSE right now, is the faction that I love that am determined in, and show max discipline followed by; punctuality, work ethics, being organized and try my hardest in trying to role-play an special military SWAT agent.  – I’ve been in the faction for 2 weeks, wasn’t noticed that much because I am in a completely different time zone which bugs me, since this will prevent me from getting any rewards, but that’s not what I completely care about, I care about everyone in NOOSE and want to help and encourage them to do their job properly, report anyone that isn’t doing their work properly to a high command… - If I wasn’t dedicated to NOOSE, I would of never left taxi company. What happened In the bank situation was not called for; I was over-excited at the moment because I recently got up from bed, and when I got in TS, I gotten reports from a NOOSE agent that there was a bank robbery going on in Mulholland bank, so I thought of logging in quickly, running down to memorial wing of Chevy(Because I previously logged out near All saints),  ran in got armor and weapons, then gotten a LVPD cruiser, which then I was enroute to the bank situation in Mulholland bank. – When I have arrived on scene at Mulholland bank, I seen one SAAS guy, 2 San Andreas Marshals, and like three to four LSPD officers, the SAAS guy asked me if I had any Intel on the situation so I said “Please hold, sir”. Then I contacted the NOOSE agent, and he said that there was 1 hostage and like 4-6 people inside of the bank. I was observing the area for about five minutes until I jump to conclusion that I should organize a breach party since no one is taking action; So I did and brought all the people outside Mulholland bank(LEO’s) towards the door to be ready to breach over the /d they all agreed and followed my lead, while stacking up on the door, there was a call from /d that a Asian man came out of the back door of the Mulholland bank and started yelling “Get down on the ground” or some shit like that, so I thought that this was a perfect moment to breach in and take out the targets, and attempt to swiftly rescue the hostage. My plan when I was about to breach in was; Shoot anyone outside of the bullet proof box, which are clear threats since they all had weapons and 2 people pointing weapons at us when we breached in. After we take them all out, we would begin to negotiate or lure the hostage taker into giving us the hostage over for a deed of money… But this is not what or what I expected to happen or as planned… - When I came in, 2 guys pointing a guns around, and one facing a counter with an mp5. As I came in, the LSPD officer behind me came a little forward of me, so I started shooting the guy in front with the MP5 I managed to drop him to half health points then he ran behind cover. After I attempted that, I was half dead, and soon got injured. When I got injured I said shit, then thought to say “/d Hold fire – Negotiate with the hostage taker*Coughs* Its useless they’ll take the hostage down…”. – But not even soon of me going to the department radio, I get jailed by that junior administrator…
I am extremely sorry for this, this will never happen again, I love NOOSE and would love to have a nice career in here without any further troubles.
