Today I'm going to make a very quick video to solve the error "A supported game is required to use this feature". (definitive method)

Part 1:

1. Download this installer according to the configuration of your PC:
http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4639/~/geforce-hotfix-driver-version-391.05;

2. Run as administrator;

3. A window with a path will appear, click OK;

4. Wait for it to save the files (it's fast);

5. Wait for it to check the system compatibility (it's also fast);

6. The license agreement will appear and you will click on "Agree and continue";

7. On the "Installation Options" tab, click "Custom (Advanced)";

8. Verify that all boxes are checked;

9. IMPORTANT: Check the "Perform clean installation" box;

10. Click "Next" and install;

11. Wait install and then it will prompt you to restart the PC, then you reboot.

Part 2:

1. Install this compressed file and extract it to your desktop: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Orbmu2k/nvidiaprofileinspector/build/artifacts;

2. Open the file "nvidiaProfileInspector.exe" as administrator;

3. Look for the "Other" tab that will be down there;

4. Look for the option called "Ansel flags for enabled applications";

5. Its value will look like this: "0x00000000 ANSEL_WHITELISTED_ALLOWED";

6. Change to: "0x00000001 ANSEL_WHITELISTED_ALLOWED";

7. Click "Apply Changes";

8. Okay, restart the computer open your game and test ALT + F3 :).
