I was a Trainee for Mineplex. This is the entry-level staff position. This is when Mineplex had over 10,000 players on at a given time, so I had to talk to multiple people at a time, and manage the forums, TeamSpeak and the Network.

I was a Helper for Luxor, FaithfulMC’s sister network. There was a situation that aroused within the staff team which let the senior administrators and owners to demote all of the helpers and a few moderators due to favoritism and abusiveness within the staff team.

COMMUNICATION	I communicate with people well because I talk to people with a calm attitude and I am very patient. I let people talk and tell me what they need or what is wrong and want fixed. I listen to what they say and act upon what I believe is right or what has been told to me, I always put what is told me to over what I believe is the right thing to do.
LEADERSHIP	I take MCJROTC (Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer's Training Corps) at my high school. This is a course that allows students to be shown leadership. With this leadership, it will help them in their lives after they graduate. This is good on a resume because it shows that the person went through 4 years (I am on my 2nd year) of MCJROTC and that they have good leadership. Everyone in the course is a leader in their senior year. They have 3 previous years to develop their leadership and on their 4th year, they will show it. MCJROTC also shows how to be a good citizen. It has helped me because it has made me think of myself in a better manner because it shows me that I can do a lot of things that I never thought I could do or thought I would do. Every morning we put up the flag of the school and we take it down at the end of the day.
