▮ CHILDHOOD ― born to chinese parents in shenzhen district, she was born at 4oz 5lbs at 11 : 59 PM on the seventeenth of october. from the age of one year old, her family moved to Hong Kong for the sake of job opportunities in the business hub of the country. luckily, they weren't exactly struggling with anything, so they rented a small house on the outskirts of hong kong. both parents are from middle class families, meeting at college before falling in love to be married. growing up in Hong kong to her is a blessing & a curse because it's full of culture that's impossible to miss in china. her mother is a restaurant owner, located in the centre of the food hub, while her father is a lawyer, working for an agency. MINGXIA has gotten used to the mentality of having the work for things in life, which contributes to the efforts she puts in towards things, absolutely putting her mind to anything.

▮ NOW ― she's living with her grandparents, due to the fact that she wanted to study in south korea because they have the best education system in the world. both of her grandparents live in korea due to the secluded villages that old people can me themselves comfortable on. it was hard to leave her parents behind, but after the past few years she's grown as a woman to accept change almost instantaneously. MINGXIA resides in ilsan, in a small cottage her grandparents rented out for the sake of all of them enjoying. unlike her parents that stayed behind, she's comfortable with being able to understand others regardless of language. despite her grandparents being old, they've reared her strictly for the years, establishing rules that she has unknowingly applied to her life no matter what. very old-school, they believe in no boyfriends until your life's sorted. of course, that applies to her even though she's already got a plan for the rest of her life.
