Ralsei x Anon: Gardening Edition

(Yet another green that was formerly lost to time. As always, I hope you find this one to be comfy and enjoyable)

>be Anon, having just come home from the local hardware store and plant store, the trunk of your newly acquired Mercedes Benz filled with supplies, ranging from fermented soil and seeds, to small pots and other essential gardening supplies.
>not the best thing to do to your newly acquired car, but you'd vacuum it up easily later anyways
>you begin to take out the supplies, taking several trips back and forth to the garden, where Ralsei is currently located, sitting on his knees as he reads a small book while wearing white gardening gloves. A small spade and packets of seeds and other books and manuals are beside him
>Ralsei looks over to you and beams a wonderful smile
>”Oh, welcome back Anon!” Ralsei quickly stands up and rushes over to you, giving you a quick hug after you set down the supplies
>”How was the drive back? I hope the traffic wasn't too bad.”
>”It was fine. Almost seems like the town is empty, but I'm just glad the roads weren't blocked off or anything.”
>”That's good! I realized that it gets really busy and crowded at these hours. Maybe it's because of the end of uh, spring break?”
>”Probably. But it gets worse when the town festival starts.”
>”Oooh, I almost forgot about that!” Ralsei looked up at you with big happy eyes, his little fluffy tail wagging
>”Do you think we could go to the festival, Anon? Uhm, if you can make the time for it of course.”
>You boop Ralsei's nose playfully and nod, “Of course. I always make time for you, silly gote~”
>You notice that while you were gone, Ralsei had planted perfectly looking ditches and holes right where he said he would, along with somehow managing to find your toolbox and having it all set up for you.
>It's the little things that make you love this goat even more every day.
>”I think I got everything set up for us, I made sure to follow the manuals we got as best as possible!”
>”I don't doubt it, Ralsei. And thank you for setting up the stuff I needed too.” You smile and give his forehead a quick kiss, making him giggle and blush as he kisses your cheek while you're leaned down
>Although Ralsei offers to carry one of the big bags of soil, you knew that this would strain the goat to the limit, so instead you have your lover carry the pots, seed packets and other smaller essentials, while you take care of the bigger items
>Besides, you knew Ralsei secretly enjoyed gazing at you when you showed your strength.
>After getting all the supplies out of the car, you and Ralsei finally begin on working on the small garden
>This is something that you and him have talked about a lot for the past few days, ever since you brought up the topic. You had found out that Ralsei had his own little garden in his castle back in the Dark World, and he's been admittedly missing that hobby
>And now here you were, performing yet another labor of love, with the love of your life.
>You were currently working on the actual structure of the garden itself, setting up the small wooden fences and borders and such, while Ralsei worked on planting the right seeds in the right areas and pots, as well as adjusting the soil and such
>You really admired on how much of a hands on gote he was
>and how he seemed to learn things quite quickly.
>The plants for this garden were mainly things such as roses, poppies and other types of flowers you and Ralsei enjoyed, but you also came up with the idea of having a dedicated section of fast growing, simple vegetables and spices, such as green onions, bush beans, cilantro, and other types
>A few hammer injuries here and there, but nothing Ralsei couldn't fix with his healing magic. You insisted that you'd be just fine, but he'd never have that.
>In retrospect, neither have you when it comes to Ralsei getting hurt, no matter the degree.
>As the sun was beginning to set on the horizon, you and Ralsei both worked on carefully putting in the final seeds and plant, both of you patting the soil gently around it
>”And…! That's it!” You smile, taking off your gardening gloves along with Ralsei. You offer a hand and help him stand back up with you.
>”It's looks even bigger than the garden I had back in my castle…” Ralsei smiled, taking off his sun hat and holding it against his chest with both of his arms.
>”Thank you, Anon… I really think the garden is gonna look beautiful when it all grows!” He smiles up at you, blushing a little.
>You smile back and give him a soft, sweet kiss on the lips, an arm around his slim waist as he leans against you, the two of you standing in front of all your hard work, the sun disappearing over the horizon.

>And sure enough… about a month and a half later… after the two of you gave a lot of love and care to the new garden… you wake up really early in the day thanks to Ralsei, the two of you still in your sleeping clothes, gazing at the now healthy, beautiful, ripe plants and vegetables through the kitchen window.
