  3. Once the capital is fortified, the only gap into it's defenses was from above. To prevent low-altitude attacks, such as from paratroopers, Balloon Nets were developed. Balloon Nets connected by metal wires and a surge of electricity to create a tall barrier.

  5. Designed at the behest of WWII by the PanzerFaust Corperation, they went unused until the allies were about to breach germany to halt the advance on the capital. By hiding them in a forest, the commander waited until it was too late for the battleships and tanks to change course before raising the mesh.

Running an electric current through the metal wires prevented the main allied platoon from ramming the nets or sending soldiers to use bolt cutters, successfully stopping the brigade and trapping it's platoon. The commander in charge's plan was all but bulletproof, and the balloons themselves floated just out of range of all allied weapons range.
