FOREIGN POLICY:
Aggressive foreign propaganda, propaganda with cybernetic flying squirrels.
If needed, McNuking other countries is normal, as there is a big nuclear mushroom arsenal.
Commander is always in ISS, who is the greatest Shaman of USTAR, foreseeing countries which might have thoughts of conquering in the future. (He also controls the Nuclear Forces, so he will send McNukes down to them before they even think of conquering.)

3 class system which is in our demographics.
Average IQ is 75, Estonians have 50 IQ, Setus have 400 IQ and slaves have 100+ IQ mostly due to being from Asia
IQ system is rejected, instead time is used in which communication time with a tree is measured.
Average child count per family is 5.
State is ancap lead by Setu oligarchs.

CAPITAL HELSINQ:
Only city in the country and only place where Setu shamans live in.
Named Helsinq, which we got after treaty of Helsinki when Southern Finland was conquered.
World's longest bridge is between Helsinq and Reval.
Bikes are popular and streets are narrow.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING INDUSTRY:
Most of slaves are from Asia and women are stolen from neighbouring countries.
The stolen women get sacrificed every Sunday if they are virgins.

St. Petersburg has mushroom mines in its mountains.
Estonian territory is a rain forest where Estonians grow mushrooms.
All drugs are legal, shaman schools in Helsinq use mushrooms.
Western medicine is banned, replaced with have homeopathy, spiritual healing and leeches.
Welcoming ritual is sniffing each other's underarms to determine the class of the person.

MISC:
Most honorary industry is breeding hamsters, guinea pigs and chinchillas. Used for militaristic purposes to help make cybernetic flying squirrels.
Army is split to 3 units: Naval Forces which use whales to protect the Baltic Sea, Nuclear Forces to nuke people and Shaman Forces to predict our enemies and engineer cybernetic flying squirrels.
And after World War V famine it is mandatory for each citizen to eat 200g of butter each day to prevent further famines.
