IMO, deleting Novus isn't a good idea. For a start, we aren't any less/more active then months in 2018 - we're just noticing it more now. We do have new members joining, but as a staff team we keep pushing them away by arguing in mainchat, harassing for age etc etc.
The alts that join Novus are a major problem, and we have things in place to stop them joining and spamming that shit. As Alicia has stated that you aren't well enough to do this anymore, I think you should pass it on to someone in the community who's been a manager before possibly - someone known to do a good job (obviously keeping ownership on the Novus account). Possibly Haden, Matt or Dan.
If any outcome of this situation, it should be you and Alicia taking a break of this platform and spending more time together, because it's not healthy for you to be here, and it's affecting your relationship.
