In the fictional world of Licentia, three teams control the region from behind shadows. They are The Ecosight Protection Agency, Excelsior Organization, and Hand of the New Age. Each is dedicated to a certain cause and the three can normally be found in conflict.

Aldamar Ackermann also known as Alec Farmer founded the Ecosight Protection Agency (EPA) and is now led by his radical son, Alric Farmer. As one could guess from the name, the group is dedicated solely to the protection of fauna and flora in Licentia. Hand of the New Age (HotNA) is almost a complete opposite of EPA. It is run by Izzy, a cold eleven year old that can be considered the most ruthless of the three leaders. His parents were killed by a landslide and since the event, he has sworn his life to eliminate nature. As one would assume, he is a technical prodigy and can be found with a countless amount of gadgets on him at any given time. The final team, Excelsior, is the odd one out. It does not care about nature or technology. What is does care about is to find the legendary God Pokemon, Arceus. It was founded by an Excelsior McOrganizationface (name from creator of the site) but after his recent death, the leadership was taken over by Ryan Khronoss. Under the leadership of the young, albeit over confident, the team finally came closer to their ultimate goal.

In conclusion, it is safe to assume that all three teams are overly radical. As stated by a member of Excelsior, "…the three teams are equally insane." Regardless, anyone coming to Licentia to stay will find it in their best interests to join a team.
