Personality:
Although she is not a coward, it has taken her time to get used to Gensoukyou.  She wants to make some friends there but has found the youkai there to be too belligerent and their philosophies clash too much with her personality which is suited for the outside world, and she bears some resentment for that ever since the events of Urban Legend in Limbo.  This resentment usually takes a backseat and she stays essentially amiable, it mostly only comes out when the right buttons are pressed and to enough of an extent.  However, it influences her psyche regardless, so she is a bit more irritable, bitter, or even wrathful than she'd otherwise be, and even now she's not particularly ready to trust the youkai of Gensoukyou as much as she'd like to.  The youkai, incidentally, are the main ones that she'd like to befriend, so this troubles her and she hopes to at least find one youkai she feels she can trust enough to befriend.

Although the situation with Sumireko's dream self and the jealousy of the other dream selfs continues to get worse, Sumireko by now is quite accustomed to fighting.  If anything for her this is just a reason to feed her anger and resolve and train harder, and she actually enjoys fights anyway.  Not as much as youkai typically seem to though, and not so much the scarier fights.  She also doesn't go around picking fights for no reason like the people of Gensoukyou seem to often do.  She is a stubborn person and will not give up even after how she was traumatized in ULiL.  She sees herself as having no real friends right now, and subconsciously this has created a "me vs everything" mentality in her, which she doesn't really understand yet.  Even with a mentality that makes her feel so alone and vulnerable, she has had to hone her courage a lot and she will grit her teeth and fight.  This combined with her resentment and impressive power can make her rather frightening.

Power:
Very strong psychic powers, mostly telekinesis but she has other things she has practiced such as levitation, teleportation, telepathy, hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, and electrokinesis, and illusions.  She was born with a great deal of talent for being a psychic, and she honed it much further through practice, over time.  The reason she can bring out her stuffed panda and radio towers and telephone poles and many other miscellaneous things in Gensoukyou is that she can store those in a sort of pocket space.  She doesn't like to use her telepathy invasively because she feels very embarrassed if her own mind is read so she feels that people deserve mental privacy.  Her illusions are not that useful unless the target believes they are real, but what illusions someone will believe depends on the person, and she doesn't know most people well enough to craft illusions they would likely believe

Youkai are typically more vulnerable spiritually and mentally than they are physically, and her powers let her interact with the minds and spirits of others including by psychically boosting physical objects for this purpose, so youkai actually tend to be weak to her psychic powers, but she won't try to use this to kill them unless she really feels cornered.

She has a doppelganger self in Gensoukyou which she inhabits when she dreams.  This is actually a power she got from the urban legends.  As such she has an ability to make doppelgangers of herself, although she doesn't yet know she does or that that is why she can be in Gensoukyou while dreaming.  The doppelganger body only shows up when she inhabits it, and normally physical matter goes right through it like a dream body, but she can make it solid like a normal physical body if she wants.  While she's dreaming, her psychic powers are actually enhanced (this is a reference to the astral plane), and while her doppelganger body is not solid, she can make it fly much faster.  Finally, as can be seen with her tablet computer and the photos from the Violet Detector incident, Sumireko can bring things back and forth from her different bodies, although she normally doesn't use her dream body these days, and for some reason this is spoken of as suppression of her dream self.

She has 3D printed guns which she can use, and can boost their destructive power through the use of her psychic powers.
