P&G Method

1. Find a company you want an SE. I'll use tide.
2. Find the contact me (Email or Call whatever ya like) I'll be using email.
3. The "contact us" page should be the same for all P&G companies. (Goes to the same people too you might get away with two companies)
4. Select for Reason for writing "Report a Problem."
5. Now, For the How Can We Help. Since. Since this is laundry related, we will say something along the lines of
"I Recently bought (Name of product you wanna SE I'd stay under 50.), and it causes severe rashes/hives (Allergic Reaction shit)  to my poor children and father! I was so upset and distraught when I saw what happened to my poor family! It was my first time using this product because I had a coupon for 2 dollars off. I can't even return it to (Store) because it was already opened. I just want nothing to do with this company and my money back!"

Diapers and moist towelettes/Haircare/Laundry Detergents/Some skin care products do basically the same thing. Allergic Reaction etc.

Haven't tested these but it might work.
For Toothpaste and mouthwash
"My little son who's five years old accidentally swallowed some of (name of mouthwash/toothpaste) and he had gotten very sick with terrible stomach aches and diarrhea! I had to go out and buy another brand from a  nearby convincing store because we don't get to go to (Store) often! (basically, continue on from "I was so upset and distraught...")
