He wasn't sure what he'd find at the top, but he knew Krampus was there."}","{"text":"Saint Nick started by setting up a foothold at the base of the mountain, just a few houses him and the elves could use for supplies and cover. \n\nHe asked the elves to build a wall to keep out Krampus's forces out."}","{"text":"Weeks went by without any sign of Krampus, but the droves of goblins never ended. \n\nNick's power grew even more feint as the joy and cheer of the holidays dwlindled in the world. \n\nChildren were losing hope."}","{"text":"He had sent a few scouting groups into the mountains, but only one returned. They were fear struck by what they saw. Tales of decay and

Evading several of Krampus's minions.
