  1. ## The Enervation Cannon
  2.
  3. Human Occultist (Reliquarian) 10
  4.
  5. Stats: High Wisdom, who cares for the rest
  6.
  7. Domain: Death (Undead)
  8.
  9. Implement Schools: Divination, Necromancy, Evocation, Mage's Paraphernalia
  10.
  11. Focus Powers: Metamagic Mastery (others are free, Metamagic Knowledge is a good choice if you want actual feats)
  12. (You've got 10+Wis focus points to burn each day)
  13.
  14. Feats (5+1 Human): Ascendant Spell, Spell Focus (Necromancy), Maximize Spell, Empower Spell, Thanatopic Spell, Echoing Spell
  15.
  16. Equipment: Cyclops Helm, Corset of Delicate Moves, Blood Scarab Pendant
  17.
  18. Strategy
  19. 1. Spot enemy, roll initiative, try not to die until it's your turn and the enemy is within close range.
  20. 2. Begin casting Enervation (Spell is added to list/known through the Undead subdomain) as a standard action
  21. 3. As a series of free actions, spend focus points to add every metamagic feat you have to the spell (+5 AS, +3 MS, +2 EmpS, +2 TS, +3 EchS for 15 focus total) via Metamagic Mastery
  22. 4. As a swift action, give yourself a natural 20 via Cyclops Helm to shoot the spell at the enemy as a crit.
  23. 5. Move action to give yourself a second swift action via Corset of Delicate Moves, which you use to activate the Blood Scarab to automatically confirm the crit.
  24. 6. Laugh as your enemy eats 12+1d6 negative levels which bypass all immunities, and also sicken it.
  25. 7. If the enemy is still moving, toss them another 6+1d3 negative levels with the echoed spell.
  26. 8. If the enemy is *still* moving, you should probably run.
  27.
  28. The Enervation cannonball: A base Enervation does 1d4 negative levels. Ascendant ups it to 1d6 and adds a sickened effect. Maximize makes that 6 negative levels. Empower adds another 1d3 (actually floor(1d6/2) but whatever). Thanatopic makes it ignore resistances to negative levels. Echoing gives you a second shot.
  29. Remember: "If a creature’s negative levels equal or exceed its total Hit Dice, it dies."
