Paddlings and Findings

Shorty after Cozy Glow’s imprisonment it was decided that she was to be reformed and Gallus, Smolder, Ocellus, Yona, Sandbar and Silverstream were asked to help, which they accepted. Because these students proved themselves with their heroics in the past they were given plenty of trust when it came to dealing with Cozy, which meant that when Cozy inevitably started acting up, they were given disciplining rights (much to their surprise and Cozy’s dismay).

Starlight even gave them the never before used or heard about school paddle. Turns out that Twilight was given an old paddle Celestia herself used on her on the rare occasion when she would earn a paddling under her care in Canterlot castle. It was given to her as a joke, however Twilight did add its usage as a potential punishment in the school rulebook, however she never used it.

And so, because Starlight would do it anyway and because most of them thought that she deserved it, the six students took it upon themselves to paddle Cozy whenever she earned it, which happened a lot. Turns out that not being able to manipulate those that already knew what she was like often frustrated her into causing trouble.

Among the students the one who proved the most efficient at disciplining her was surprisingly enough, Ocellus as Her patience, efficiency and shapeshifting abilities allowed her to get the job done quickly. Today was a day she’d be asked to do it again.

Ocellus sighed as she made her way to Cozy’s dorm room, Paddle in hoof. She never enjoyed paddling her younger classmate and personally didn't find it a good idea to use this as a punishment, but her friends have all taken up the responsibility so it was only fair that she would as well.

After taking a deep breath and opening the door, she saw the filly sulking on her bed, most likely made to wait there by Headmare Starlight or one of the Professors. ”Hello, Cozy.” She said gently. She always tried to treat Cozy with kindness even when she was about to punish her.

”Oh, it’s you! What, was Smolder busy?”
Smolder was always the one least bothered by punishing Cozy. She was the one among who thought that the filly deserved it the most.

”Yes, now let’s get this over with.” Said Ocellus. She would always try to get to the paddling’s as quickly as possible as to not drag it out needlessly. She figured it would be best for both of them. As the changeling approached, Cozy scampered away from her. Ocellus groaned inwardly, she would have to wrestle her into position again. But as she was about to transform into a suitable form, Cozy stopped her.
”Wait!”

Ocellus stopped, surprised. Cozy has stopped trying to convince her or her friends not to spank her when she earned it for a while now (it never worked).
The filly blushed. “C-can I ask you a favor?”
Ocellus blinked, this was certainly new, at least for her. She was sure that this was an attempt to get out of the spanking, but opted to hear her out as a gesture of goodwill.
”What is it?”

”I…” The filly blushed. “You can shapeshift into ponies, right?”
Ocellus nodded, not sure where Cozy was going with this. It took almost a minute for the filly to speak again.
”D-do you need to previously have seen the pony your shapeshifting as?”
”No, but I do need to know how they look like.”
Cozy paused again and looked down at her hooves. Ocellus considered just starting it then and there, but opted to wait for Cozy to speak again. She wanted to be as nice as possible, after all.

”If I were to describe her to you could you shapeshift into her?”
”Yes, but I’m not sure what-“
”She’s about as large as Starlight, has blue fur, a mane tied into two ponytails with two shades of pink and the tail being a similar color. Her cutie mark is a pawn that’s a darker shade of blue and her eyes are the same color. She is also a Pegasus.”
Ocellus was silent as the filly described that mare. Thinking of who she could possibly be.
”Do you want me to spank you as her?” She asked.
”Well duh! Why else would I describe her to you?!”
Ocellus was startled by the outburst. After a bit of thinking she decided to do Cozy this favor.

She put the paddle down and shapeshifted into the desired form.
Cozy carefully inspected her, and gave a few more instructions on what needed to be modified and after about half an hour of shapeshifting, Cozy got the exact form she wanted. Upon taking a good look at the finished disguise she just stared silently at Ocellus, almost looking like she was about to cry, much to the changeling’s concern.

”Alright Cozy, are you-“
”Can you change your voice?”
Ocellus frowned, slightly tired by all this shapeshifting.
”Cozy, I’m already-“
”Please.”
The changeling was taken aback. Cozy Glow had never said please like this before. Seeing a chance to potentially further her reformation she sighed and gave in.

What followed was another half hour of getting her voice just right. Once Ocellus got a voice that Cozy didn’t have complaints about, she finally sat down on the bed, not slightly frustrated.
”Alright Cozy, I gave you what you wanted. Can we please get this over with?”
Cozy reeled back at this and after a while gulped.
”Y-yes ma-am.” She said meekly and slid closer to Ocellus, seemingly awaiting her fate.

Ocellus was shocked, never had she seen Cozy so obedient since before she revealed her true self back at her first year in the School of Friendship. Just who was this mare? Cozy was still sitting next to her, now slightly shaking. Ocellus figured it would be best to get started now and figure things out later, so she shifted herself to sit more like a bipedal creature and put the not-struggling filly over her knee. Still shocked, but not wanting to waste more time Ocellus grabbed hold of the paddle that once again and took aim.

The first few spanks went without Cozy moving an inch. This was not surprising as Cozy often liked to look tough during her spankings and she was a tough kid overall. The times when she tried a mid-spanking escape was either due to indignation or frustration. As she went on, Ocellus took note of how hard Cozy was still keeping herself from moving an inch. Usually by this point she’d at least be kicking about a bit.

Even further into the spanking Cozy stayed silent and still, albeit with seemingly a lot of strain. Not even a grunt escaped her mouth, which was quite unusual. It was obvious on the filly’s reddening butt that the paddle was having an effect, but it was almost like she was afraid to react to it. Ocellus was a bit worried by Cozy’s demeanor, but opted to finish the spanking before doing anything else.

She soon got to the point where she was almost finished. She liked to tell Cozy about her soon to be ending punishment when she got this far as a way to try and reassure her. She wasn’t sure how much this actually helped though.
”Almost done.” She said.
Then something unexpected happened.
Hearing Ocellus’s disguised voice, Cozy Glow started panicking and tearing up.
”I was still, I swear I was still!” She cried

She started franticly kicking and squirming while loudly declaring that she was still and apologizing for her rudeness (whatever that meant).
”Calm down!” Shouted Ocellus, but to no avail.
”Please don’t get the whip!”
”Wh-what?!” Ocellus didn’t know of any whip.
”I’ll be good, please!” Cozy begged, terrified.
As Ocellus tried to calm the filly down she heard her say something that made her pause, still holding onto her.
”Mommy please, I’m sorry!”
Ocellus couldn’t say anything to that. It took her almost a full minute to get a hold of herself, change her voice back to her own and yell: “Cozy, it’s me, calm down!”

And Cozy did. She laid quietly, stiff as a statue on her lap, eyes wide in recognition. Soon she started blushing and shaking.
”What was that about?” Ocellus asked.
Cozy was silent.
”D-didn’t you say you were almost done?” Cozy finally asked, regaining her voice before Ocellus could further question her.
”Well yes, but-“
”Then get it over with, I don’t want to be here all day!”
”But-“
”Just do it!”
Ocellus obliged and resumed her spanking, however after the outburst she could only give half-hearted swings and soon she stopped entirely and dropped the paddle.

”Are you done?” Cozy angrily asked.
”Who is this mare?”
”... Lemme go!”
Ocellus didn’t, she instead raised her hoof and shapeshifted into a large fin of some kind of fish. She had to get to the bottom of this.

Ignoring Cozy’s protests, the changeling started rubbing Cozy’s freshly spanked butt with her transformed hoof. The transformation was a body part of a certain aquatic animal that had very sensitive fins which could detect bumps and uneven surfaces that most others simply couldn’t. She’d have to ask Professor Fluttershy to remind her of the name of this creature. Sure enough, she just barely managed to feel out some slim indented parts in her skin that could very well be the remnants of past scarring.

”What are you doing?” Asked a now very confused Cozy Glow.
Ocellus ignored her and started rubbing the filly’s back. Sure enough, there were even more of these slim inward facing parts of the skin.
”Cozy, what happened to you?” Ocellus asked, disturbed by this potential revelation.
Perhaps figuring out what was going on, Cozy hurriedly jumped off the changeling’s lap and ran towards the door.
”I’m telling Headmare Starlight!” Ocellus shouted, stopping Cozy in her tracks.
The filly looked back at her, frowning. Ocellus looked away from her.
”S-she needs to know.”
Cozy gritted her teeth and ran out of the room. Ocellus wasn’t worried about Cozy running away. A spell cast on her monitored her whenever she left the school grounds so she would quickly be found if she tried so.

She remained sitting on the bed (mostly wondering as to why Cozy would want her to spank her in that form if she was so scared of it) for a while before finally making her way to the headmare’s office. She hated telling this to Starlight without Cozy’s permission, but she sincerely felt that this was the right thing to do. Hopefully this would convince Starlight to find a better way to punish Cozy for her misdeeds.
