<amiller> if you don't you probably have a pretty clear understanding of what it means anyway

<rg> if user A has a +1 from user B
<rg> and user B has a +1 from user A
<rg> and then theres a user C
<rg> who also only rated users B+A
<rg> you can sniff out a scam
<rg> if someone created fake acounts
<rg> to rate
<amiller> so you're confident you'd be able to sniff out fake accounts using this graph tool
<amiller> and the rating system + web of trust overall
<rg> also utilizing your best judgement
<rg> if something doesnt smell right
<rg> use your gut
<rg> ask other people
<rg> the last person that got ripped off in -otc was imsaguy
<rg> and it was because he didnt follow protocl
<rg> and before that
<rg> noone has been ripped in months
