  2. Welcome to my blog.
  3. For the last week I was trying eat healties as I can. I ate many dishes. This are my favourite. Rice with chicken, sauce and vegetables. Second one was the Chicken soup with noodles. And the third one was the gyros salad. I chose dishes by it filling and vitamins because it is number priority. The diet changed my humor for better and i felt much stronger also i think it helped my immune system. So i think you should try to change your diet, i bet it won't hurt you.
