  16. This is absolutely normal. Especially new domains are jumping out of index for quite some time (sometimes only minutes) and then getting back to old position. Stay calm, I see it for all of my domains.

  40. This could be google dance. Don't worry, this is normal. Keep track on your search console, if you have a major traffic down, then this could be a penalty. But according to your description, this is for google dance I think.
