A Rainbow Pony on the Couch, Episode 7

>the early morning light shines through the glass windows, warming up the room
>your eyes slowly crack open, and you start to wake up
>stretching your back, and turning off your laptop, you get out of bed and walk out to the balcony
>the soft orange sunrise crept over the horizon, sending away the gloomy darkness
>you lean against the railing, looking over the little town of Ponyville
>it must have been around 6 in the morning, but you didn't care at the moment
>all you could think about was Rainbow Dash, and her upsetting outburst yesterday
>one recurring thought haunted you the most
>'I'M NOT READY TO BE A MOM!'
>the phrase echoed in your mind, and made you very unnerved
>what could she have meant by that?
>you hoped that maybe she just ran off to her home in Cloudsdale, or someplace safe...
>you were all alone that night, you didn't notice how much you were used to sleeping with Rainbow
"*sigh*... Rainbow, wherever you are... I'm sorry..."
>you slouch over the metal rail, like a wrung-out towel
>the light was brightening up the lush forests and houses of ponies
>you exhale deeply
>never before had you felt this depressed, almost on the verge of tears
"I'm... so sorry."
>the sound of flapping wings through the air grabs your attention
>turning your head to the right, your heart skipped a beat
>Rainbow floated down to the balcony, then tucked her wings away
"R-rainbow?"
>RD:"Hey Anon..."
>you immediately land on your knees and embrace her
>RD:"I'm... sorry about-"
"Shhh. Rainbow, its fine."
>you keep on hugging her, and she starts to hug back
"Rainbow... I should be the one to say sorry."
>RD:"Why? I'm the one who freaked out."
"I know but... I didn't realize how much that stuff meant to you."
>she leans back from the hug
>RD:"Anon, I was just... afraid, y'know? Its just that, I know we're... not the same. But I just wanted to make sure..."
>under one of her wings, she pulls out a small letter in an envelope and hands it to you
>RD:"Take a look..."
>you open the letter and unfold it
>the paper was from the Ponyville Hospital, seen by the stamp at the top
>listed below the line marked;
>'Patient name: Rainbow Dash'
>'Reason for check-in: pregnancy test'
>'Results: negative'
>you lower the piece of paper to see your lover beginning to cry
>moving off of your knees and taking a seat on the balcony floor, you sit next to her and wrap your arm around her
>RD:"F-figured as much, r-right?"
>she tries to choke back her tears
>your taken aback by her behavior
>she looks to you, tears now in full control
>RD:"Anon, I-I would be more than happy to have kids with you."
"But you weren't actually ready for the responsibility?"
>she nods
"You know, I probably wasn't either. The sex was amazing though."
>RD:"*sniff*D-dammit Anon, I'm trying to be sad here."
>the mix of melancholy spreads between you and Dash, along with a soft chuckle
>using your thumb, you wipe off a tear from her cheek
>you both turn back to the rising sun, almost fully over the horizon
"Rainbow?"
>RD:"Yeah?"
"...Would you like to have kids someday, even if they weren't... from me?"
>RD:"Like, adopted?"
"Maybe."
>RD:"...I'd like that Anon."
>you both smile and hug some more
>now the sun made it over the horizon's edge, fully illuminating the landscape
>RD:"But Anon, even if there was a chance... I'd still want to have a foal myself..."
"...Really?"
>RD:"Yeah."
>her expression changed into a sad, blank one
>an idea popped into your noggin
>taking the hospital letter, you begin to fold and crease the paper
>RD:"...What are you doing?"
>you continue to make the folds, until you complete the craft work
>a near-perfect paper airplane was now in your hands
>RD:"What is that?"
>you show a light smile at her
>standing up, you look out at the scenery below the castle
"I'm letting go of our problems."
>she stands up and hops against the railing to watch you
>aiming your arms, you chuck the aircraft as hard as you could
>both of you watch the little airplane fly through the wind, twirling and turning, until it goes out of sight
>RD:"That was sweet Anon, whatever you did..."
>you chuckle
"Come on, lets go back inside and let everyone know you're okay."
>Rainbow nods in agreement
>you open the glass door and let her in first, then follow behind

>the airplane floats softly through the wind, until a sudden gust changes it's course
>instead of flying away from the castle to the forest, it does an about-face and heads back
>somehow it slips through a small open window into an occupant's room
>it crashes with the crinkling of the nose against the wall
>"What the-"
>a pink aura of magic picks up the airplane
>"What in Equestria is this?"
>the magic unfolds the paper back into it's original form
>"...*gasp*!"

>you follow Rainbow through the castle towards the dining hall
>god damn you'd need a map to find your way around in here
>at last the great big doors to the hall came into view, with two guards standing at the front
>Rainbow leans towards you and whispers
>RD:*Anon?*
"Yeah?"
>RD:*...If anypony asks, lets just agree that I went home last night, okay?*
>you start to whisper too
*Rainbow, I'm sure if you tell them they'll understand, they're your friends.*
>RD:*sigh* *I don't know, I'm not sure that I'm ready...*
>your face frowns, but you ultimately agree with her
*Fine, but when you're ready, I'll be with you, okay?*
>she smiles softly, and nods
>the guards see you approaching and open the doors
>the whole group of friends turn to see you and Dash walking in
>"RAINBOW DASH!"
>the herd flocks to you and her
>R:"Rainbow, are you alright dear?"
>FS:"We were so worried when Twilight told us what happened."
>her ears flop down and she shrugs her shoulders nervously
>AJ:"Shoot Rainbow, you don't have to be scared 'round us. We're here for ya."
>Applejack gives a friendly side-hug to Rainbow
>FS:"So um, Rainbow Dash... what happened last night?"
>Rainbow looks to you for assistance on the matter
"Uh well, you probably know about the uh..."
>R:"The outburst?"
>you rub the back of your now sweating neck
"Yeah..."
>AJ:"Dashie was all worried about 'being a mom' as I recall."
>Rainbow's hair almost turned ghost white
>RD:"Uh-, I-, Um..."
>she stutters trying to form a sentence
>you work up the nerve to stand up for her
"The only thing that happened was Rainbow just went back home and stayed the night there. She came back here around 6 o'clock."
>the group stands silent while out of the corner of your eye you can see Rainbow visible trembling
>Applejack stares at you like a western showdown
>the one who unexpectedly broke the silence was Fluttershy
>FS:"I-if you don't want to talk about it now, its alright Rainbow Dash."
>R:"...I agree, lets just all have a nice calm morning, shall we?"
>Sp:"Yeah, Pinkie Pie insisted she'd help make breakfast, she always said the chefs here lacked some quality or something."
>TS:"She makes amazing pancakes, you should try them Anon!"
"Uh... sure, Twilight."
>Rainbow was still tense, but she gradually calmed down
>you all sit at the large table, you and Rainbow next to each other
>a burst from the kitchen door is followed by a pink pony riding on a food trolley
>PP:"Wheee!"
>she loops around the table and screeches to a halt at Twilight's spot
>PP:"Who wants Pinkie-Pancakes?!"
>she lifts off the silver platter and an impossible mountain of golden stacked pancakes shines in it's glory
>you and the ponies collectively "Ooh!"
>Pinkie then notices her rainbow-haired friend sitting next to you
>PP:"R-Rainbow?!"
>she bounds over to her and almost snuggles her to death
>PP:"RainbowIwassoworriedaboutyouwhathappenedwheredidyougo-"
>RD:"*ack!* P-Pinkie! I'm fine!"
>the party horse lets go
>PP:"Sorry, Dashie, I was just so worried about you!"
>Twilight begins to levitate the pancakes onto the patron's plates, giving a rather big one to Spike
>you noticed a few empty seats on the table
"Um, are there more guests coming Twilight?"
>TS:"Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Princess-"
>RD:"Its okay Pinkie, I really am fine."
>AJ:"...Are ya?"
>everyone now turned to the orange country pony
>RD:"W-what?"
>AJ:"Ah said, are ya really, Rainbow? Are you certain you're alright? Ah ain't dumb, Ah can tell when somepony is actin strange. And honey, you're more pale than the paint on the side of my barn."
>the purple pupils in Rainbow's eyes shrink so small that you could barely see them
>RD:"I-I-I, Don't know what you're getting at AJ."
>AJ:"What I'm gettin at is the fact that you're hiding something from us, aren't ya?"
"Hey, stop it, she doesn't want to talk about it now."
>AJ:"Anon, I'm not trying to pry, I just want to know if my friend really is 'alright'."
>she says with an aggressive tone in her southern draw
>you lean over the table and point angrily at Applejack
"I don't care if you -are- her friend, I'm not letting you harass my wife!"
>RD:"Anon please, stop!"
>now she leans over and starts to point at you
>AJ:"And Ah don't care that yer her husband, she's my friend and I got the damn right to ask about her!"
>Rarity and Fluttershy try to pull you and Applejack back down before a fight broke out
>R:"Applejack sweetie, you need to relax!"
>FS:"Anon, you REALLY need to stop, you're scaring Rainbow!"
>TS:"Everypony please, calm down!"
>AJ:"RAINBOW WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT?!"
"YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
>Fluttershy can barely hold you by your t-shirt
>Sp:"Man this is getting good."
>he gnaws on a bit of pancake
>Twilight scowls at him, which makes him stop chewing
>Pinkie Pie jumps up on the table between you and Applejack
>PP:"Everypony, QUIIIIIIIEEEEEETTTT!"
>the dining hall went dead quiet, the pink pony's hairstyle coming fringed from it's normal slick posture
>PP:"Applejack, Anon, SIT. DOWN."
>you and AJ stare at her, then sit back in your seats
>PP:"Apologize. NOW."
>her teeth were grinding together
"Sorry."
>AJ:"...Sorry."
>Pinkie now starts to calm down herself, but her mane now falls flat
>PP:"Why are we all yelling at each other guys? Why all of this anger...?"
>AJ:"...I-I'm just trying to take care of my friend."
"And... I'm trying to help her too."
>TS:"Then why are you so defensive for her?"
>you look towards the now frightened purple alicorn at a loss for words
>R:"Anon, the way you're acting is a clear sign of secrecy between you and Rainbow Dash. If you're hiding something from us, it's okay to tell-"
>the group was interrupted again by the large doors of the dining hall
>through the doorway stepped in a light pink colored alicorn with a diamond heart cutie mark
>the group awkwardly stares at her
>TS:"C-Cadence? W-what a surprise...! Eh-heh..."
>Cd:"Oh my..."
>Pinkie hops down from the tabletop
>TS:"I-I didn't know you were coming this soon, I-"
>Cadence's right wing rises and silences her
>Cd:"Save it, Twi. I have business to discuss with Anon."
>she looked pissed, very much at you
>you watch as she walks straight to you and Rainbow Dash
>from a small knapsack, she pulls out something you thought you had thrown away
>the letter from the hospital
>Cd:"Do you know anything about this, Anon?"
>she hands the paper to you, dropping it in your palm
>TS:"Cadence, what's going on?"
"*sigh* ...Yes."
>Cadence then looks at Rainbow
>Cd:"Rainbow Dash, I know this is hard for you, but you -have- to tell them."
>RD:"B-but..."
>Cadence's whole expression now changes from anger to compassion
"Cadence-"
>then back to anger, as she glares into your soul
>you hold your tongue
>Rainbow hangs her head in shame, as she raises the letter up for everyone to see
>Twilight takes it by magic and holds it close so she could read
>TS:"You... got tested for pregnancy?"
>[group simultaneously gasps]
>R:"Rainbow Dash... we had no idea."
>AJ:"Shoot..."
>Applejack tips up her hat
>all Rainbow could do was to lean over in her chair, stifling any choked tears as Cadence rubbed her shoulder
>TS:"But the results are negative, why didn't she-"
"Because she was afraid to be judged by you."
>you finally had the balls to speak the truth
>Dash looks up in surprise
"Even though she can't get pregnant by me, she was afraid that what if somehow, it -did- happen?"
>the group gave concerned looks at each other
"If somehow she did get pregnant, she wasn't prepared for it, and she was afraid that her friends would judge and shame her for it."
>PP:"Nonny... how could you say such a thing?"
>R:"We would never think of her like that, even if you got her pregnant, you're her -husband-, and that's perfectly fine."
>FS:"Yeah, we're your friends Rainbow Dash. No matter what happens."
>Rainbow's face is in a complex mixture of a smile and sadness
>Cd:"The letter somehow flew into my guest room, when read it I was in a mix of rage and sorrow for Rainbow. I'm... sorry I had to bring it up so harshly."
>you rest your hand on her shoulder
"*sigh* Its okay, sometimes when you need to make a point, you gotta be direct with it."
>you look around at the ponies, and then to Rainbow Dash
"Even if its hard to say, like the truth..."
>you kneel, and you and Rainbow Dash hug, harder than any other
>everyone else begin to tear up as well, even little Spike
>RD:"I-I love you, Anon y. Mous."
"I love you, R-Rainbow Dash."

>today has been nothing but a rollercoaster of emotions
>you and Rainbow were in bed, cuddling together
>neither of you were asleep, but just lying there for each other

>you glance towards the door
>Rainbow raises her head
>Cd:"Anon, Rainbow, you awake?"
>you lift up the covers and Rainbow moves towards the edge of the bed
"Uh, yeah Cadence, come in."
>she opens the door, walks in, and shuts it behind her
>you offer her a chair, but she declines and sits on the floor
>she's still tall enough to be neck high to you
>Cd:"Anon, Rainbow, I know I was... rough on you guys, and I'm sorry."
>you both turn your heads from her
>Cd:"But if you want to keep a healthy marriage you have to be honest, with others and yourselves."
>you look at Rainbow, who was still upset
"...Thank you."
>Cadence was surprised by your response
"This has been hard, for both of us."
>RD:"Anon."
>she stares at you
>RD:"Oh, I'm not one for sob stories, c'mere."
>she lays her head on your side and you wrap your arm around her
>Cd:"I'm glad you two are feeling better."
>RD:"...Thanks, Cadence. It means a lot."
>the princess smiles, but then her expression changes
>Cd:"I know this question might be personal but..."
>you lean closer to Cadence
>Cd:"Would you and Rainbow ever consider to have foals of your own?"
>Rainbow looks up at you, and you lay your hand on her hoof in comfort
>RD:"...I think so, someday."
>Cd:"What if... Anon could do it?"
"Wait, what? What do you mean?"
>Cd:"Well, me being the 'Princess of Love' and all, I have the ability to make the incapable... capable."
>you and Rainbow Dash stare in confusion
>Cd:"*sigh* I can make Anon fertile and able to have kids with you, Rainbow."
"With a spell?"
>she nods
>RD:"R-really?"
>Cd:"Only if you want me to. It's completely your choice."
>you look into Rainbow's eyes, which lit up with a spark of hope
>RD:"I-I don't know what to say."
"I'm for it, but only if you are."
>Rainbow Dash looks at Cadence, then back to you, unsure of what decision to make

>Cadence focused her sight on you, and with a white beam of magic it shoots into your chest

"W-why are my uh... -things- burning?"
>Cd:"Yeah... its a little side effect I can't control, Shining could barely-"
>she stops mid sentence, and stares awkwardly at you and Rainbow Dash

>the pink princess slips out the door in a flash
>your balls felt like eggs frying in a skillet

>you're interrupted by a cream-colored earth pony in a white lab coat enter your hospital room
>"Oh, Mr. Mous, you're awake."
"Yeah, I probably wouldn't if it wasn't for Rainbow Dash."
>"Indeed, that spell princess Cadence performed on you was idiotic, no unicorn has practiced a spell on one of your kind, especially a fertilization spell."

>he pulls up the clipboard from the end of your bed

"Well I-I'm glad they didn't..."
>Rainbow shakes her head to try and hide her laughter
>"Mhmm. Another factor in your recovery would be your friends, they went on about what happened and all, especially how slow our ambulance service was."
>he walks over and checks the monitors, writing down numbers on the clipboard
>next he pulls out a wooden tongue-depressor and says "Open."
>you open your mouth, and he examines with a small flashlight
>he pulls away and then turns to your face
>"This may be a bit bright."
>he shines the flashlight into eyes, looking for redness or bloodshot
>"Well you passed the general checkup, now I need to examine your lower regions."
"Woahwoahwoah, not in front of my wife man!"
>RD:"Anon."
>the doctor closes the blinds surrounding the bed, and pulls up the face mask hung around his neck
>"Don't worry Mr. Mous, I'm a professional. I've seen a lot of penises in my career, and I'm certainly -not- attracted to them."

>he lifts up your patient gown and shines the light
>"Good news is that the swelling has gone down, they looked like balloons about to burst."
>you almost pass out from embarrassment
>"Bad news, there's still some discoloration, it should clear up in a couple of days."
"That's a relief."
>the doctor lowers the gown and turns off the flashlight
>"We should be able to release you later tonight, so try to rest up."
>RD:"And uh, Doc, what about the...?"
>she rolls her hoof in the air as some sort of implication
>"Oh yes, I almost forgot. I'll be right back."
>he draws open the curtain and exits the room
"What were you asking for?"
>RD:"...Nothin'."
>her face scrunches slightly
>you raise an eyebrow in suspicion
>soon the doctor came back with an infamous form of paper
>"Well here you are, Mrs. Dash. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results."
>he hands her the paper
>"The Nurses will check on you periodically, Mr. Mous, until then, good day."
>the doctor nods his head and leaves
>Rainbow eagerly reads over the paper
>a smile as wide as a mile stretches across her face
"Dash, what is it-"
>RD:"Lookit!"
>she shoves the paper into your face

>'Testing for: Sperm Cell Analysis
>'Results: Fertile and healthy cell count'

"I-...I'm f-fertile?"
>Rainbow has the happiest grin on her face
"...We can-"
>a longing kiss from your wife stops you from finishing your sentence
>RD:"Cadence did it Anon, she really did."
"Yeah, at the cost of my testicles almost busting."
>"Anon!" Rainbow Dash giggles
"Sorry, they still really hurt."
>a concerned look conforms her face, then suddenly changes to an eager tone
>RD:"Do you mind if I uh, see them?"
"...You know the doc -just- checked them out?"
>RD:"I know, but you shouldn't be embarrassed if I look right? I am you're wife after all."
>she gives you a seductive wink
"Uhhh okay..."

>she gingerly walks over and starts to lift up the skirt
"Wait, shouldn't you close the blind first?"
>RD:"Why? No pony's gonna walk in."
"That's what they all say in the movies, then SOMEONE happens to walk in."
>Rainbow stares at you with a pissed off look
"Think abooout it-"
>RD:"*augh* Fine."
>she turns around and closes the blind
>RD:"Now, lets see what the damage is..."
>she lifts up the gown, stares for a second, then looks back at you
"...Is it bad?"
>RD:"Um... to put it in a nice way... it looks worse than a bruised banana."
"Damn."
>RD:"But the doc's right, they're not as swollen as before."
"...Wait, how do you know that?"
>RD:"..."
"You looked at them before, didn't you?"
>RD:"...maybe..."
>just then, the door to your room opened and hooves came trotting in
>a female voice called out from behind the curtain
>"Mr. Mous, you alright?"
"U-um yes! I'm fine, I'm uh-... just talking with my wife in private."
>a moment of cringing silence
>"...Alright, well whenever you're done just let me know, I need to gather a blood sample."
"Thank you!"
>Rainbow Dash face-hoofs
>you motion to her to open up the blind
>she reluctantly draws it back, and the nurse takes out a needle
>"This'll be real quick hon."
>taking the IV tube sticking out of your arm, she draws out a small collection, then leaves you and Dash
>RD:"*phew* That was too close."
"I told you so."
>RD:"Shuddup."
>she walks back to the chair next to you and takes a seat
>RD:"Do ya want me to stay with you for a while?"
>you smile to her
"That would be nice..."
>she smiles back
>RD:"Wanna watch TV?"
"Sure."
>she clicks on the overhead television, and starts flipping through channels
>on one certain station, you both heard something you thought you would never hear again

>the black and white show dissolves to a telephone box sitting in the middle of some kind of futuristic city
>the door slides open, and out steps a light colored pony with an hour glass cutie mark, but instead wears a dark coat and has a combed back white mane
>"Quickly now, out of the T.I.R.D.A.S.!"
>the Doctor leads out of the box a light colored unicorn colt, followed by a gray colored earth mare
>"Look out, Cyberponies!"
>cries the mare
>the costume design of the robotic ponies was very poor, but you still found it entertaining
>the Cyberponies came walking from all directions, shooting lasers at the Doctor and his companions
>"YOU WILL BE DELETED."
>grabbing the remote, you click off the tv and slam the remote down on the nightstand
>RD:"Hey! What was that for?"
"Sorry. I just- god dammit."
>you roll over on your side away from her
>she stares worriedly at you
"I- don't feel good right now."
>RD:"...Is it about Time Turner?"
>you stare blankly at the light green wall and don't respond
>Dash gets of her chair, leans over you and kisses your head softly
>RD:"Try to get some rest, okay?"
>you lay still, then nod in compliance
>she sits back down and turns the tv back on but at a low enough volume for it not to be a bother
>you shut your eyes, and soon fall asleep

>managing to get a few Z's, you get a good rest over the next few hours
>until...
>you snap awake, and rise from your bed
>Rainbow Dash wasn't sitting in the chair next to you, and the tv was only playing white static
>you click it off, and start to feel uncomfortable at the abnormal silence
>you notice that all of the monitors are off, showing no signs of your vitals
>not to mention that there were no IV tubes plugged into your arm whatsoever
>you carefully climb down from your bed, and poke your head out of the door
"H-hello?"
>no reply
>you look up and down the hallway, with no signs of any medical staff
>deciding to further investigate, you walk out of the room and head down farther into the hospital
>your groin has surprisingly no pain while you walked, so at least it was a good sign
>you turn another corner and see two ponies in lab coats gallop through an intersecting hall

>you watch as he slides down the door onto his knees, cupping his face in his hands
>Twilight and Rarity try to pull you back, as Pinkie, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Spike sit in their chairs, trying not to cry out in sadness
>you couldn't help but to scream at the top of your lungs to try and get their attention, but to no avail
>the doors suddenly creak open, and the head doctor, his gloves covered in blood, pulled off his face mask
>your alter-self looks up at him from the floor
>"Mr. Mous, There was nothing else we could do. She lost too much blood, and..."

>"...the baby didn't make it either."
>your pony friends gasp behind you
>the doctor rests his hoof on your shoulder
>"I am so, so sorry."
>you watch as yourself weeps uncontrollably, and all of your friends cry too
>as the doctor heads back into the room, and for a split second, you could see a rainbow colored mane in a bed, being covered up by a blanket

>you jerk awake from your nightmare
>the heart monitor was going haywire
>Rainbow, who was also asleep, wakes up frightened
>RD:"Anon, what's wrong?!"
>a nurse comes rushing into your room with an emergency revival kit, panting
>"Mrs. Dash, step aside he's-...Um."
>gasping for breath, you feel all over yourself to make sure you weren't dreaming
>then you look to Rainbow
>you extend your hand out to her cheek, and she nuzzles it softly in return
>"A-are you alright, Mr. Mous?"
"...Yeah-"
>you pull in Rainbow Dash for a hug
"-I'm fine."
>"Okay.., I'm just going to check your vitals one more time okay?"
>you nod and let your wife go back to her chair
>the nurse soon finishes, and heads out the door
>"And Mrs. Dash? If he has another panic attack like that, call for help, okay?"
>RD:"Yeah, okay."
>the nurse nods, then leaves

>RD:"Anon..."
"*sigh* Dash I know-"
>RD:"Just tell me, I don't want an excuse."
>her eyes were full of concern for you, and you could feel the compassion from her
"...I had a nightmare."

>you look at her nervously
"...I was in the hospital, outside of some room with our friends. You were in that room."

>she deserved to know the truth, especially since the breakfast ordeal

"Then the doc told us..."
>you felt a tear stream down your face, and on her's too, without even looking
"You-... died. And so did the baby..."

>she leans into you, and you hold her tight
"I'm scared."
>RD:"You don't have to be, it'll be alright..."
>you look down to her mane, and stroke it
"Thank you..."
>she didn't need to say anything else, she knew her job was done
>you keep petting her for a minute, then let her go

>RD:"What, 'Doctor Whooves'?"

>before you could react you were caught in a Pinkie Pie death hug

>she finally lets go and hops over to Rainbow Dash and they hug
>another friendly pony walked into the room

"Hey, Twilight."
>she hugs you from the side, then Rainbow
>TS:"How are you doing?"
"Better, or as Dash described it, 'worse than a bruised banana.'"

>Pinkie and Twilight busted their guts laughing

>a light punch came to your shoulder from her
>RD:"Hey uh, where's everypony else?"
>TS:"Oh well Rarity is out of town on business, Fluttershy got a call about a sick pet, and Applejack's working at the farm. Oh, and I left Spike back at the castle to keep an eye on things while we were gone."
>PP:"They said they wish they could be here to see you, Nonny!"
"Well, next time I see them, I'll make sure to say thanks."

>she reaches behind her and pulls out a bright pink envelope, it almost camouflaged with her fur
"Aw, Pinkie."
>PP:"Shush! Just open it!"
>her face scrunched and a *squee* was heard
>you could never get used to that, no matter how cute it was
>you tear open the envelope and pull out yet another bright pink card labeled "Get well soon!" with the same colored balloons as Pinkie Pie's cutie mark
>TS:"Go ahead, open it."
>looking suspiciously at the duo, you flip open the card
>a pop-up of the pink party pony spreads open and it's hoof extends out with a slip of paper
"What's this?"
>Pinkie was bouncing with excitement, while Rainbow and Twilight roll their eyes
>you pull out the slip and read it
"One free 'Super-duper-get-better-Nonny-party' voucher at The Sugarcube Corner."
>PP:"Aren't you exciiiiited?!"
"Ah-heh... yeah-"
>PP:"GREAT! I knew it! I'm gonna make sure they got all you favorite foods drinks, blah-blah-blah-..."
>thankfully, Twilight leaned in to distract you from Pinkie's party rant
>TS:"So um, when did they say you could leave, Anon?"
"Maybe tonight, if they approve-"

>she makes a bolt for the door, but stops and turns back to Twilight

>she zips away from the three of you

>this catches Twilight's attention, and she turns around to the screen

>the Doctor and his companions are seen running away from strange metal creatures rolling behind them with an enlarged and sharp unicorn head
>"EXTERMINATE-THE-DOCTOOOR!!!"
>*bwaaaah!*
>shooting laser beams at the ponies, Regal turns around and blasts a Kaled wide open with a magic blast
>"Hurry!"
>they gallop down a corridor, then the credits roll
>Twilight, with mouth agape, slowly turns back to you and Rainbow
>TS:"Was that-"
"Yep."
>TS:"...And was he-"
>RD:"Yep."
>TS:"I, uh, *ahem* need to speak with Pinkie Pie..."
>she starts to leave
>TS:"Oh and um, Anon, good to know you're feeling better."
>you nod at the purple princess
>TS:"And Rainbow, whenever he -does- get better, don't be too hasty, okay?"

>she waves goodbye, then steps out of the door
>you look at Rainbow, who takes notice and turns away to make you think you didn't see her blushing
>you chuckle to yourself, while you lean over to the nightstand and place the card on top
>then you actually see outside the window behind the bed, not even noticing it was there
>you could see the sun hanging lazily in the sky, estimating it to be sometime in the afternoon
>you roll onto your back and look over to Rainbow, who was now looking down at the floor
"Rainbow...you know she was just joking?"
>RD:"...Yeah, but... that's personal stuff, y'know?"
>she now looks up to you
>RD:"...But I never said no to what she said, did I?~"

>she giggles, and gives a seductive wink

>the nurse takes one last look out from the curtain

>wait a minute, something's not right
>the doctor and the nurse tap a device on their wrists
>a cloud of smoke evaporates from both of them, revealing their true forms
"What the hell?!'
>TT:"Good to see ya too, lad."
>he says in his Scottish accent
>TT:"Oh, this is my companion."
>standing behind him, was a maroon colored female pegasus with a brown-orange mane
>she had an intriguing swirling pattern cutie mark
>SN:"Hello, I'm Solar Nova, just Nova for short."
>she had more of a British accent
"Nice to meet you. Time Turner, whats going on?"
>TT:"Ah, yes. You see I've heard from a... trusted informant... about your current dilemma."
"...Was she pink and likes to throw parties?"
>TT:"That's besides the point, Anon. She-"
"If its about the state of my balls, tell her I didn't need a doctor of -your- status."
>Nova folded her ears back in surprise and scrunches

>suddenly, the timing of all this occurs to you
"If Rainbow only told Pinkie on her way home, how did you two show up so quickly?"
>Turner and Nova look confusedly at each other
>TT:"Anon... When did you last see your wife?"
"Um... noon-ish? I think."
>SN:"Take a gander out the window, Anon."
>you look over your shoulder to the outside
>the sun was lower than before, with the sky turning a bright orange
"Oh, wow. I guess I lost track of time being cooped up in here."
>Time Turner was now getting visibly frustrated
>TT:"Alright, enough chit-chat. Anon, you need to tell us right now, what happened in the dream?"

"Then I see her on the bed, and... *sigh*"
>you shake your head in despair
>Nova is on the verge of tears, though Turner was trying his best to stay focused
>TT:"Okay, since you've recalled the memory, it will be easier to extract..."
>he pulls out his little sonic screwdriver from his coat pocket
>he points it towards your forehead
"What are you doing??"
>TT:"With this little beauty I can directly extract your memory, and it will be easier to upload back to the T.I.R.D.A.S."

"Wait, why do -you- need my memory?"
>TT:"Shush. Just focus on the dream, boy."
>you concentrate on it as much as you could
>crossing your eyes, you could see a faint green mist coming out from your skull, and entering the bulb of the device
>TT:"Steady! Its almost done..."
>the last bit of mist gets sucked in, and he lets off of the trigger
>he flicks up the metal prongs at the front and stares into the bulb
>TT:"Ah, perfect-o!"
>he clicks it shut and stuffs it back into his coat
>raising a finger, you ask
"Um, you never answered my question-"
>TT:"No time, we need to investigate at once. Nova, suit up."
>she nods and activates her cloaking device, with a cloud of smoke, she transforms back into the nurse she was before
>Time Turner looks back at you
>TT:"Now remember, don't tell anypony that you saw us."
>before he could activate his device, you stop him
"Wait, just tell me what you're going to do?!"
>he stares at you, and with a slow answer
>TT:"...Saving your future."
>he clicks the device on and is now the original doctor
>"*ahem* Now... *ahem*"
>he was trying to readjust his accent
>"Now remember, Mr. Mous... Nopony."
>he draws the blinds open and the two ponies leave the room
>you were left sitting upright, hand extended out to nothing, at a loss for words
>not a moment later, your actual doctor, this time followed by a different nurse, came into your room
>the nurse rolls in a wheelchair, which got your hopes up
>"Alright, Mr. Mous, we're ready to let you go. But first, one last exam."
>exhaling, you let out a depressed
"Okay..."
>(one penis inspection later...)
>"Mr. Mous, your genital condition is stable enough for you to be sent home."
"Thank god."
>after the nurse helps you change and get you into the wheelchair, they escort you down to the lobby
>you met an eager face waiting to see you again
>Rainbow gives you a soft hug
>RD:"Hey Anon."
"Hey Rainbow, thanks for picking me up."
>RD:"Well I couldn't let my husband push himself all the way back to Friendship castle, now could I?"
>the nurse made you and Rainbow sign several release forms, and at last you left the hospital, Rainbow floating beside you while you wheeled to the small road nearby
>a small rickshaw pulled by a driver was waiting
>RD:"I called ahead and got a cab for us."
>she whistles to the driver, who was reading a newspaper, grabs his attention and he saddles up for the trip home
>you roll to the side of the cart and try to pull yourself in
>RD:"...Need any help?"
"*grunt* N-no, I got it *hnngh*"
>the lower half of your body felt like dead weight, and you had to balance yourself against the side of the rickshaw
>you hear an angry exhale from behind and before you knew it two blue hoofs reached under your arms and helped lift you inside

>RD:"No prob."
>she folds up the wheelchair and loads it into the luggage rack
>she hops in next to you
>"Where to ma'am?"
>RD:"Friendship castle, please."
>the driver starts to trot in the direction of the big crystal castle on the horizon of Ponyville
>you lower your arm behind Rainbow Dash, and she leans into your chest
>this whole week was probably the wildest one of your life, but it was worth it
>especially for her
