[b]Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.[/b]
My stats are in first place Versa, cause it's realy strong for monks, buffing all of our damage, and it's also realy good for the survavubility it brings
In second I got mastery and crit,both are just strong, versa is above mastery cause it doesn't augment all of my abilities damage, only some of them, and crit is just crit so always good to have.
Haste is considered as my worst stats, the only good it does is that when you get alot, with for exemple the gladecaller trinket you can fit a extra ability in my burst window but a part from that it's not realy doing anything meaningfull

I always use Raibot top gear (not so much stats weight, not realy relevent with the top gear feature and ain't relyable)


[b]Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.[/b]
Unfortunatly Monk hasn't realy any talent change involved, the only change for us was beetwin in Xuen and Hit Combos (the AOE talent) but I turns out that the more mastery you get the better HitCombo is, so I'm using it in ST aswell, a part from that the only talent change I made was on mekka, cause Hit Combo is realy good if you can get high uptime on the boss but on meca it's not realy worth it so I went for Xuen and Chi Wave insted of chi burst cause I don't realy wanna cast during that fight, the heal / damage braugh by it is roughly the same and I'm healing with vivify when I need to. Comes down to personal preferance I guess, felt more confortable with thoses.

I'm always on Peak Of Serenity discord, ansering / asking questions, my general goal in WoW is to be the best I can and getting the information is one of the things that will give you the most dps, and I just like helping others, it's always nice to talk to people who understand you and are facing the same issues / having the same questions and talk about it. I also read the articles on TC pretty often as well as competitive wow reddit

Started raiding mythic in WoD / HC where I got to Mannoroth
EM : 3/7M, wasn't realy interested in the game, Was among the last ones to get a legendary Just got tired that people doing more dps only cause of luck when I've been farming my ass off
TOV: 0/3 (was in a break)
NH : 10/10
ToS : 7/9 -> was in the 27th world ranked guild, wiped 500 times on Avatar, they wanted to realm change, I didn't, was pretty tired of all the time spent in raid to end up still waiting for other people to get their shit sorted, wasn't seeing the point of it I went in a casual guild for a while, chilling

[b]Guild history and reason for leaving them:[/b]
Wasn't in any serious guild worth mentioning here only things that mattered for me were when I left the 27th guild to go into casual guild, that was realy nice tbh, I went there to help them making their first step into mythic as an officer, I raidleaded back then too, was some chill moments I'm glad I spent, after that I went in Defience where we progressed through Argus, there was some real nice people there, made a lot of friends, progress was decent too so, a nice experience (officer there aswell). After argus I went in a break, didn't played at all when BFA got out, My goal was to play again for this raid so I started playing again at the end of Uldir where I realised that Deifence had stoped raiding, cause of people droping out one by one, so I searched for a guild to settle in, and I'm still searching, hope yours is the good one cause I'm getting tired of changing.

[b]Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:[/b]
I expect a good raiding team and friendly players, I cba progressing stuff in a toxic atmosphere, I want the pulls to be serious and quiet, shit like that, I just don't wanna feel I'm wasting my time.
You can exepct from me a good raider, I'm always trying my best, I ask questions if I didn't understood smth, I make my homework for bosses, I'm always here for raid and from my experience I usualy takle up to two week to play at my full potential, which is your trial period so that's nice.
As I said before I wanna be the best I can and I'm doing almost evryhting to achive that (not realy a hard azerite farmer, I played at legion, I'm fine), that also involve feedback from you guys.

Humm, I think I've said evrything I had to, maybe a few stuff more, I've always been an officer in the guilds I went into, if I'm given the change to improve the guild I'm raiding in I'll always do it so if your ever need an other officer, I deal withthe logs part.A part from that I made a guide during Legion on Sub rogue along with a known TCer of the Rogue Community (Fuu) which is accesible here : https://leovdw.github.io/SubtleGuide/ (Not up to date at all I've haven't played rogue since legion so).
