  21. Primary research data was collected via SurveyPlanet and sent out to the target audience via personally reaching out to consumers and asking groups and communities to fill the survey out.
  22. EGW's company information was collected from their marketing staff. This information included all of the company information such as address, years of operation etc.

  24. once the survey reached 50 participants it was closed and analyzed. The survey had multiple ways to rank answers above others. One way was based on single answer percentage scores. The other way was through point scoring. This means participants can choose multiple answers, each answer will then have points scored to it. Each answer will then recieve an average score. The answer with the highest average score wins.
