  Experience really isn't a problem for me, for a child of 14 years old, people have complimented me on my social skills and my strongsuit on experience in what to do in any given moment.
Most of my owned/Co-Owned server had TS3, Enjin, Custom Plugins, 10-20 players at a time, but money became a problem.

      - CakeCraft (Closed due to lack of interest by the funding owner)

     - MountPvP (Dev) (The owner had no interest in his server)

    - FlameNation (Co-Owner) (Both owners kept fighting and they seperated, causing the server to crack.)

    - MercuryPvP (Community-Manager) (The server I was talking about up there)

   - Rektopia Network (Server Manager) (The Network wasn't ready to expand to Minecraft just yet)

    - Much more but after a long time, you forget alot of servers.

        Experience is my strong-suit. I've been in every possible situation, and know how to deal with it. Anyways, the point is, experience is my strongsuit, and you can never go wrong with me. Alot of self-confidence you can see. Most of the servers I owned, had a successful teamspeak, website and about 50 dollars worth of donations.

I want to be a staff member on AN because I've been looking for a community that looks professional enough, and I think I've struck gold. It is the first community in a while that looks organized and knows what their goals are, and there is nothing else that is better than that. I want to be staff because I am a mature child that loves helping others. I am a great leader that leads with example and love being able to make another person's day. Although I love making people happy, it never ever stops me from making the right decision when it comes to a strict decision. I am a fun, and social person but can be very strict in certain circumstances. As you probably realized by now, I might be 14 but I speak and act as someone who is very older and that is one of my best qualities. I am extremely mature but always knows how to make people laugh from time to time.

I can be reached at any time of the day. I am the complete best at what I do and I can be on around 3-4 hours per day and 3-8 hours per weekend day. I have alot of basketball during the week, but I can always always make time to  help out on the server.

No, last server was a very weird experience for me. The server had transferred to another owner, who decided to fire all staff and start fresh, even if we were promised our positions would be safe. I don't like this kind of owner, and decided to quit that community.

I am the best at what I do. I have been a staff member on so much servers that I have developed a huge understanding of how servers work. I have probably had to encounter all the issues when it comes to Minecraft, Discord, Kids, Business, Medias etc. I am a very very social person and love interacting with the public and making them feel better about this server. I don't get into fights often and don't usually like to cause problems. I have alot of guts, and this is why I will take a risk on this application, one of my worst weaknesses when it comes to a minecraft server, is that I don't like when people interfere with a task I had already started, unless given my permission. For example; If I start setting up a Bedwars map, it annoys me if someone goes in while I'm offline and just finishes my work and does it wrong. Then it makes it even worse for me, because I have to go back and fix it.
