Kevin Doan (Ðoàn Quang Kevin), also known as Ikkikevin, born
on 15-12-1994 in Delft, is an Asian boy from The Netherlands.
His parents are both Vietnamese, but his grand-grand parents
were part Chinese and part French. So basicly Kevin has French
Chinese and Vietnamese blood.

At the moment, Kevin has been living in Almere for years and
he enjoys the life everyday. His favorite activities are playing
tennis, drawing Manga, making videos on youtube and playing the piano. Kevin has been playing the piano for almost 9 years and his skills develop
every day. In 2009 he proofed his talent and gained a certificate of EPTA.

Begin Spring 2011 he discovered his ability to play the piano by ear. Since he loved
the piano and Youtube soo much, he decided to combine it with eachother and help
people around the world with piano tutorials and self written sheets music.
Ikkikevin Studios was developed by Kevin Doan in 2009. It started when
Kevin got inspired by all those big Youtubers. He began posting bad
quality videos with no succes at all. His first video was around 30 minutes
long with craB. That video damaged his copyright standing, so he had to
close his first channel: YT.com/Ikkikevin. But anyways, Kevin was and
is still proud on the main character of that poopish video: Dark Ikkikevin.
Dark Ikkikevin is a dude with a white head with a black hole as his face. Now a days,
it's the mascot and logo of IKS. - Why do I only see covers and tutorials of Korean songs?
I used to play the MORPG Maplestory back days. I had met a very good friend on
there. She brought me to the world of Asian Dramas. So basicly she was the start of
how Asianish I am now. (I learned a lot of those dramas)
I like Kdramas very much and mostly when I watch a good Asian drama, i want to
play the OST on the piano. But I might do other genre of music in the future too.

- What kind of film equips do you use?
My camcorder is the Sony HDR-cx115. I don't use any extern microphones, but
for my piano videos I always use my tripod. I use Sony Vegas Pro to edit my videos.

- What is Ikkikevin?
When I was a kid, I was a huge fan of the anime serie "Medabots".
The main character was Ikki Tenryo. So I had combined his name with mine. xD

- Why are you random active?
As for every Asian parent, school is the number #1 thing in life.
So on normal weekdays I have to concentrate on my homework.
Only on special days and holidays I can work on my videos. Sryy...
