  1. Introduction
  2. On December 3, attorney Jackie Pick, working for the Trump legal team, presented surveillance footage to the Georgia State Senate. It depicted alleged election fraud in Fulton County on election night. It had not been accessible to the public prior. Out of all the accusations of election fraud by the Trump legal team, this is by far the most substantial, and enough fraud could have been committed to swing the entire state for Joe Biden. Even with the most charitable explanation, it warrants a full investigation, and yet the nefarious explanation is growing more likely in the face of evasiveness and even deception by Georgian state officials. This infographic will systematically debunk many common claims about what happened that night, using only credible sources.
  3. Before that can begin, it is essential that you watch the 18-minute presentation for yourself. I hope that this link will still be accessible:

  5. For clarity, you will want to be observing the top-right camera, circled in red. That is where most of the action happens. The blue circle indicates where election observers and the press are normally cordoned off.
  6. Here is also a useful composite of surveillance footage, for part of the presentation, to get a sense of the whole room:

  9. Election Observers
  10. Claim: Georgia Secretary of State investigator Frances Watson stated that Fulton County officials did not make any announcement that they would be ceasing operations on election night. https://archive.is/r68tm (Lead Stories)
  11. Reality: False! This was widely reported in reputable outlets, local and national, such as the North Fulton Neighbor, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, ABC News, and NBC News. The first three outlets, citing Fulton County officials, reported that Fulton County would be closing operations at 10:30 PM. NBC News also reported that they changed their mind and would continue counting late into the night. The Georgia Secretary of State office is dead wrong on this claim.

  17. Claim: Fulton County officials did not exclusively tell election observers to go home.
  18. Reality: True! They told everybody to go home. Poll workers, GOP election observers, journalists, etc. According to media coverage, Fulton County announced they would be ceasing operations at 10:30 PM. Then, according to WSB-TV, Fulton County officials received a message from the GA Secretary of State’s office, ordering them to counting ballots by approximately 11:00 PM. By that time, election observers and the press had left, believing that counting operations were over for that day.

  20.
  21. Claim: Fulton County officials were being supervised during the midnight count by an independent observer appointed by the state.
  22. Reality: Mostly false! Fulton County officials did not wait for any election observer before they resumed counting. According to WSB-TV, the independent observer did not arrive until the counting had been going on for at least an hour. There is also no evidence they asked journalists or GOP election observers to return.
  23. Source: https://archive.is/LCYCb (WSB-TV)
  24.
  25. Claim: Georgia state law requires the presence of election observers.
  26. Reality: False! It is a privilege, not a requirement. Georgia law only states that “all proceedings at the tabulating center and precincts shall be open to the view of the public.”

  28.
  29. Ballot Bins
  30. Claim: There were suitcases full of ballots.
  31. Reality: False! They were not “suitcases” but rather nylon containers, equipped with wheels, which were commonly used for transporting ballots.
  32. Source: https://archive.is/LCYCb (WSB-TV)
  33.
  34. Claim: Georgia Secretary of State investigator Frances Watson stated that there wasn't a bin that had ballots in it under the table. https://archive.is/r68tm (Lead Stories)
  35. Reality: False! As it can be clearly seen, starting at 11:02 PM in the surveillance footage, there were several ballot bins being stored underneath the table. We can also see that they are full, as they would be pulled out and unloaded at the ballot stations over the course of the night. The Georgia Secretary of State office is dead wrong on this claim.
  36. Source: See relevant timestamps in State Farm Arena surveillance footage.
  37.
  38. Claim: The ballots bins beneath the table, as seen in the video, were already processed and ready to be scanned by the time
  39. Reality: Unproven. According WSB-TV, Fulton County officials sealed these ballots in one bin underneath the table in the general presence of election observers and journalists, giving the impression they would be handled in the morning. This is true. Whether these ballots were processed and verified to be legitimate is unproven, as we only what happens to one of the bins from the footage provided. There is no concrete proof highlighting the chain of custody for the other bins removed that night, nor is there any concrete proof that these ballots were already processed. In fact, according to the surveillance footage, they look identical to the unopened absentee ballots shown in the following clip: https://streamable.com/4itxmz.
  40. Source: https://archive.is/LCYCb (WSB-TV)
  41.
  42. Claim: Even if there were problems with the ballots, a hand recount would have sorted them out.
  43. Reality: False. Recounts are meant to correct errors in counting votes. A hand recount is only meant to catch glitches with ballot machines and human errors in previous counts. Only a forensic analysis of each ballot (matching signatures, looking up addresses, etc.) can verify their authenticity. There are no attempts to perform such an analysis of ballots during a hand recount, as it would take too much time, effort, and money.
  44.
  45. Potential Fraud
  46. Claim: The potential for fraud could have affected the GA presidential election.
  47. Reality: Plausible! There were 3 counting stations operating for 2 hours, including 1 hour without any supervision. According to Wikipedia, a medium-speed ballot scanner can scan and sort about 4000 ballots per hour. Assuming an estimate of 3000-5000 ballots per machine per hour, there could have been anywhere from 18,000 to 30,000 fraudulent ballots counted in this time period. Biden only won GA by 12,000 votes.

  49.
  50. Claim: There is evidence to suggest that the Fulton County results affected the GA presidential election.
  51. Reality: Plausible! Fulton County is Georgia’s most populous county, containing 90% of the City of Atlanta. It is also a major Democratic Party stronghold, as 70% of votes went to Democrats in recent elections. At 9:39 PM, as election day counting was supposedly ending in Fulton County, the New York Times projection needle gave Donald Trump an 85% chance of winning Georgia. This needle is not only based on votes received, but also on voter turnout and outstanding votes remaining. By 12:12 AM, the NYT projection needle had swung wildly in the opposite direction, giving Biden a 62% chance of winning Georgia. It is also worth noting that, after analyzing data obtained from the NYT website (which he cites in the YouTube description), a YouTuber named Endeez noticed a batch of ~23,487 votes that came in at 12:18 AM. In that batch, nearly 98% of votes were for Joe Biden, which is absurdly high even for the most Democratic areas in Georgia. It is plausible that these election irregularities occurred because of possible fraud in Fulton County, as these swings and batches occurred during the timeframe of the unsupervised counting, between 11 PM and 1 AM.

  57.
  58. Georgia Government
  59. Claim: Fulton County officials and the Georgia state government has taken sufficient steps to protect the integrity of elections. There is no reason to suggest they are not credible.
  60. Reality: False. Coming into the 2020 presidential election, Fulton County was under the threat of a $50,000 fine due to incompetence and irregularities in the June 2020 special elections according to the AJC. In late November, Trump attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit to prevent the Georgia state government from wiping voting machines. As reported by Politico, the Georgia state government, citing the necessity for preparations for the January 2021 special elections, attempted to prevent such a ruling. This resulted in several reversals in a quick span before Powell ultimately prevailed. It is worth noting that such a reset would have eliminated any possibility of auditing machines in Fulton County. Finally, the Kemp administration has been previously accused of election fraud by the Democratic Party, according to a compilation by USA Today. During the 2018 gubernatorial election, Brian Kemp, as Secretary of State, oversaw his own election despite the apparent conflict of interest. Kemp only won by a razor thin margins, there were a litany reports about voting irregularities, and his challenger Stacey Abrams refused to concede the 2018 gubernatorial election out a belief that it was stolen.

  65.
  66. Claim: The Georgia state government has already investigated the Fulton County incident and found no evidence of wrongdoing.
  67. Reality: Mostly false. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, there had been prior reports of election irregularities in Fulton County in early November. This included the incident of unsupervised counting, which was under investigation by GA official Gabe Sterling. At the time, Sterling had said that initial findings show “generally bad management.” Now, in the aftermath of the State Farm Arena surveillance footage being presented in the Georgia State Senate, Gabe Sterling tweeted that the video showed “normal ballot processing”, even though the surveillance footage could not prove chain of custody for all except one of the ballot bins in question. GA Secretary of State investigator Frances Watson was also said to have “investigated” the situation, and yet she made several egregious errors, as had been proven earlier by examining surveillance footage and archived media reports. Finally, according to Governor Brian Kemp himself as quoted by the Augusta Chronicle, the GA Secretary of State had not ordered a signature audit as of early December, or any kind of forensic analysis of ballots, which could have put any fears of fraud to rest. In conclusion, there are significant inconsistencies in the testimonies of state officials which contradict each other and the public record, the public evidence that has emerged has not illuminated the entire situation, and the Georgian government has not completed a thorough investigation.

  72.
  73. Claim: WSB-TV went through the surveillance footage in its entirety and debunked the claims with the help of state officials!
  74. Reality: False! If you examine their 3 minute news segment, you will notice that they failed to present any new surveillance footage that was not already covered during Trump attorney Jackie Pick’s 18 minute presentation to the Georgia State Senate on December 3. The same timeframes, the evening starting from 9:50 PM (including the footage of the blonde braided woman and the man placing ballots into one bin), and the morning around 8:30 AM, are shown by both Pick and WSB-TV. The difference is how they interpreted the surveillance footage. As was demonstrated earlier, there are glaring omissions about the chain of custody of ballot bins and even factual errors in the accounts made by state officials. Furthermore, according to Brian Kemp, no forensic analysis has been conducted on any of the ballots that were unsealed and counted without supervision. There are still several questions left about what transpired in Fulton County on election night. The full State Farm Arena footage has not been released to the public as of December 5, and no new footage has emerged since Pick’s testimony on December 3.
  75.
  76. Claim: There is no reason for Brian Kemp to undermine Donald Trump because they both belong to the GOP.
  77. Reality: False. Being in the same party does not automatically grant political support or a working relationship. Trump has often broken with the traditional GOP platform on issues such as free trade, military interventions, and NATO support, and he has also been criticized for his behavior, language, and even allegedly racist beliefs. There are many Republican governors nationwide who have frequently criticized Donald Trump, as documented in an extensive list by USA Today. Many Republican leaders have even chosen to endorse Joe Biden instead, as documented by Forbes Magazine, and even more still have endorsed Hillary Clinton in the past. This is not meant as a value judgement, but rather as a statement of fact about political affiliation. Finally, while it is true that Donald Trump had initially endorsed Brian Kemp in 2018, their working relationship had largely deteriorated by Summer 2020, as documented by widely documented by the press. We can only speculate about potential motives, and there is no concrete proof of any motivation, but the idea that Brian Kemp and Donald Trump are in lockstep with one another is a fantasy.

  85. Miscellaneous
  86. Question: Most of the other Trump legal claims seem dubious. Why should I believe this one?
  87. Reality: Because there is surveillance footage that, on its own, demonstrates severe election irregularities. It also matches with GOP election fraud affidavits and news repots on the issue. Finally, the Georgian state government and Georgian media outlets have been providing an enormous amount of misinformation while neglecting to provide decisive evidence (which they should have in their possession). When you watch the surveillance footage and observe the behavior of the Kemp administration, you will realize that this incident is a notch above the rest.
  88.
  89. Claim: Leadstories.com is not a credible source!
  90. Reality: False. Leadstories.com was endorsed by GA official Gabe Sterling. They are a credible source for the GA Secretary of State office’s public statements.
  91. Source: https://archive.is/xoKMc (Twitter - Gabe Sterling)
  92.
  93. Claim: The State Farm Arena was evacuated that night due to a burst water pipe!
  94. Reality: False. The pipe had burst that morning according to Fulton County officials and contemporary media reports on the issue. This is a common misconception.
  95.
  96. Claim: The presence of cameras automatically proves the innocence of Fulton County officials.
  97. Reality: False. Plenty of criminals have committed crimes while being recorded, knowingly and unknowingly. Remember, Fulton County had rented State Farm Arena, which is a private venue. There was no guarantee of public access to private surveillance footage without a warrant or generosity from the venue owners. Had there been no Georgia State Senate presentation, then the public would not have been aware of any potential wrongdoing.

  99.
  100. Claim: The blonde braided lady at the State Farm Arena was attempting to hide a suspicious USB drive earlier in the day!
  101. Reality: Unproven. The footage from The Hill does not show anything conclusive. You may examine it for yourself. What do you think happened?
  102. Source: https://youtu.be/K9HKSJ_1zDQ?t=253 (The Hill)
  103.
  104. Claim: They were not counting ballots in that footage! They were preparing ballots to be counted the next day!
  105. Reality: False. State officials have come out on record stating that scanning was occurring from 11 PM to 1 AM on election night. This was more than just preparation.
  106. Source: https://archive.is/LCYCb (WSB-TV)
  107.
  108. Conclusion
  109. There were significant election irregularities that occurred in Fulton County on election night. This is demonstrated with credible information, using government statements, news reports, surveillance footage, and other public knowledge.
  110. • Election observers and journalists were led to believe that Fulton County would close operations at 10:30 PM and left the State Farm Arena. This was widely reported.
  111. • Fulton County officials began counting 4 sealed ballot bins, stuffed with ballots, for 2 hours from 11 PM to 1 AM, without supervision for at least an hour. Enough ballots could have been counted to easily swing the election from Trump to Biden.
  112. • No footage has emerged to prove adequate chain of custody for all 4 ballot bins. No forensic analysis of the ballots in question has been conducted according to Governor Brian Kemp.
  113. • Georgia began to swing from a probable Trump victory to a likely Biden victory during this timeframe. At 12:18 AM, the NYT updated its count with a batch of 23,487 votes, 98% which were for Joe Biden.
  114. • Both Fulton County and the Kemp administration had been under fire for election irregularities prior to the 2020 presidential election.
  115. • The Georgia Secretary of State office had begun looking into events in Fulton County in early November, with official Gabe Sterling initially finding evidence of “generally bad management.” He has since walked back on those claims.
  116. • The Kemp administration had sought to secure permission to wipe Fulton County voting machines, litigating multiple times before ultimately being defeated in court by Sidney Powell. Such a reset would have prevented a thorough audit of ballot counting from that evening.
  117. • The Georgia Secretary of State investigator, Frances Watson, made several egregious errors in her description of the event. She contradicts both surveillance footage and widespread news reports in her attempt to refute election fraud claims. Due to the extreme sloppiness of her errors, one must question either her competence or her intentions.
  118. • Gabe Sterling, Frances Watson, and WSB-TV news claimed to have reviewed the entirety of the State Farm Arena footage. However, in their attempts to refute claims of election fraud, they never used any new footage that was not already provided by the Trump legal team. They muddied the waters and left many questions about the chain of custody and the authenticity of ballots in the air.
  119. • Governor Brian Kemp and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are now clashing over the fallout of the State Farm Arena footage. However, there has been no decision made about a forensic analysis of ballots as of December 5.
  120.
  121. All in all, what has occurred in Fulton County, GA, does not bode well for American democracy. Not only is it likely that the Democratic Party committed severe election fraud, but it is also likely that the Georgia GOP is wholly uninterested in investigating the matter in its entirety. In fact, they are spreading misinformation about what was found in the surveillance footage and what was reported on election night in order to perform triage on perhaps the single worst instance of election fraud in modern American history. Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Gabe Sterling, Frances Watson, and Fulton County officials needed to be subpoenaed so they can testify under oath. There needs to be a thorough investigation of what occurred in Fulton County on election night. We need to put an end to this charade immediately for the sake of preserving faith in the electoral process.
