  348. I have also one question. Due to some icarus ignorance about cloaked pilots we are looking from few days also for some posible new alliance. Please send me your fees etc (due to fact that we are from ica it will be probably higher, but still always nice to ask). Also are your alliance corps allowed to use all test systems? Or maybe they must rent, etc.
