- This album is great background music. Really groovy and catchy with danceable rhythms and fun sounds. Some of the songs, however, are foreground music for sure, the high points being Pop Song, German Love, and Rawnald. Starfucker has a nice blend of bedroom pop and funk (they're like a jazzier Ratatat) and they certainly are creative, but some of the songs are a bit forgettable. Good album overall.
