  2. My name is Rusty Mann and I have been a client of OC3 since March of this year. I learned of OC3 (Pacific Rack) through webmaster forums where I saw Alex helping people out. At any rate, I watched in the wings for several months before I made the move to Pacific Racks from my own servers at another data center. I was making sure I picked the best place to move my operation, as I only wanted to do it once. It was between Pacific Rack and 2 other networks.

  4. Alex and I talked several times before I signed up, do to the complexity of my configuration and several other factors. At any rate, Alex assigned me Kevin G, who is now Kate G to handle the transfer of all my data and configure and secure my new server. All though the transfer was not without issues, they were solved in a very timely manner, courteously and to my specifications. Kate, has been there to handle any situation that has arisen regarding my server. In the beginning she and I worked and toiled over that server, her passed her normal working hours, and me WAY past my bedtime. As you know, servers don't always play nice, and don't really care what time it is.

  6. Why I am telling you this? Because I think you need to know what a great asset Kate is to your operation. I know you have some great staff and I have worked with several of them on various occasions. But, when it comes to my server, I only feel safe when Kate is the one logging into my server to make any changes. Maybe its because, she has built it and maintained it for me. I just know that when Kate is asked to do something on my box at my request, she is on it, and I know it will get handled well, and I don't have to worry about anything.

  8. For the past 10 or so years, I have owned and operated my own servers, either at my own location, or at a data center. This is the first time, I have ever felt as safe as I do, because of Kate and your team. I can now sleep sound at night knowing that if anything happens it will get taken care of in short order. If for some reason, I need something handled, it gets done right away, even if I call in.

  11. This is to give Kate G Kudo's for a job well done and I hope that you are able to show her my appreciation in some way. Hopefully, you get other emails of praise about her and your staff. Lord knows - I tell her Thank you every time she logs into my box.
