Step 1:
So first, you are going to order any pair of sunglasses from Ray-Ban "you can order up to 3x pairs per order, and you can do three orders using the same cards, address, and other details"
Step 2:
Once you receive the Ray-Ban, you'll need to wait 48 hours, and then you'll contact them via phone.

Step 3:
Once on the phone with them, you'll claim nothing was inside the box. They'll ask you if the package looked tampered with, so you need to tell them that it didn't. If you say the package looked tampered with, they'll launch an investigation, and the refund will most likely fail.  After that, they'll ask you if you want a replacement or refund, choose which one you prefer.

Step 4:

That's it; after the initial call, you'll receive the refund confirmation the same day.
