Shady Sands town regulations:

- NCR is your friend here, if you need an info or pointers, ask NCR soldier on duty.
- stay on discreet distance when talking to NCR soldiers in Shady Sands; if you will try to approach too close, it could be interpreted as a hostile action.
- planting explosives or taking any kind of offensive actions against others on town premises will get offenders on towns blacklist. Next time he enters, he will be shot on sight by guards. Same applies for groups.
- robes that are hiding identity are clothes of terrorists. Are you one of them? Do not wear them on Shady Sands premises as you might get shot by an NCR, without warning.
- if you see a conflict on the street of the town, do not involve yourself by any means (do not loot the victim, do not approach the scene, do not open fire). Wait for NCRA to handle the situation.
- if you see a global message about the raid on Shady Sands, do not approach the town until further notice.
- NCR is often using radio channel 0, feel free to use this frequency to get in touch with an NCR soldier on duty even when you are not in Shady Sands.
