I’m available most regularly during my own time zone. I usually play Eunoia after school or work, meaning that I most often play in my own timezone. Overall, I probably play 6 hours a day on average.

I’ve only been playing MapleEunoia for three weeks now, but I have familiarized myself with most if not all features of the server by now.

[B]If you have staffed at a previous server before, what did not work out with the server(s) (be specific about both gameplay and staff)

The first server I was a part of was a stepping stone for myself.
For the first time, I was able to express myself and address what I thought about changes that could be made but unfortunately, nothing was ever taken into consideration or acknowledged.
Eventually the server slowly died due to other servers being much more popular.
On the second server I had the chance to be apart of the staff team twice, both of these times were accompanied with various ups and downs but was a enjoyable experience.
I was able to meet many people and had many chances to communicate my ideas to the staff team which was greatly valued by not only the owner but the rest of the staff team.
Although, ironically I eventually decided to leave on my own accord as I didn’t agree with many ideas that were eventually implemented into the server.
Overall, both servers have provided me with adequate experience of being a staff member.

I am a person who strives to achieve and help others. I believe in myself, my capabilities, and my passion in accomplishing anything as though the maple world is an open door to endless possibilities.
Furthermore, I like to present myself in a professional manner when needed and will be serious when necessary.

If there’s an issue, I’ll voice my opinion on it.

As an Individual I'm quick to react to most situations and prompt to come up with a resolution to the issue.

I'm sometimes carefree, meaning that I'll easily forget to do things that I'm asked and occasionally make a few mistakes here and there.
Although, I do believe I'm improving on this as I'm starting to become more aware of this due to past criticization.

I believe myself to be an innovative individual, with this I have confidence in that I can bring new ideas and concepts to the server.
Ideally, I’d like to showcase a more creative side of myself through future server features, events and contests.

I thrive working in group orientated environment as I feel more comfortable to voice my opinions.
In addition, I feel that I can show a genuine level of commitment in a team.
Also, I’m always there to support and encourage my peers as I feel that is the key idea of working in a team.
While I believe I have strong communication skills, I do not have experience in a leadership role, but I do have a talent for collaborating with different team members and I’m capable of resolving any disputes which may arise.

I think this is self-explanatory. If I’m under pressure I will be able to produce the same results in comparison to not being under pressure.
