                                       One Side Has Heart


<[Body flies through glass]>

Zack: *whipes blood off lips* Damn, this actually may be a bit fun after all *smirks*

<[Demon jumps threw the shattered glass and lands over Zack]<>

Demon: *breaths heavily drooling thick saliva*

<[Gun shots rain from behind Zack pushing the demon back]>

Damien: *walks next to Zack reloading his Hand gun* Sorry i'm late, heh

Zack: *stands up* Oh sure, no problem man I dont mind. Being lunch isn't that big of a deal

Damien: *moves hair to the side* Oh Zack, always need to make things to dramatic

Zack: Go die *whipes off dust* Lets finish this already

<[Demon stands up and limps to the two boys]>

Demon: *speaks in a distorted voice* You two, merely children...hard to believe you two carry blood of Angels

<[Demon cracks neck and stands straight]>

Zack: *pulls out sword* Children huh, well these kids are about to kick your ass

Damien: *turns to the side and sighs* What an idiot....

<[Demon begins to emit purple energy]>

Demon: Fools, such big talk. You may carry the blood of Angels but your still just a pathetic human

<[Demons eyes begin to burn red]>

Demon: After I kill you both, the great Etrigan will grant me ultimate power!

<[Damien glares toward the demon]>

Zack: *lowers sword* Etrigan? But isn't he the demon that allied with humans

Demon: Silly human, that was just merely a cover up to get close to the humans. Letting their guard down knowing that Etrigan would protect them from demons, fools to believe a demon would side with humans. It's wonderfuly amazing how stupid you humans are

<[Demon laughs loud]>

Damien: *glares at Demon* Your nothing but a puppet...

<[Demon stops and stares at Damien]>

Damien: Just a tool used by Etrigan, as soon as you kill us you will be tossed away as if nothing. Your of no importance to anything...just a pathetic waste of demon blood

<[The Demons energy waves grow larger]>

Demon: You...you insolent human! How dare you speak of such things. Enough of this, time to die!

<b>[Demon lunges toward the two boys]</b>

Zack: Great job Damien, way to piss the thing off huh

Damien: Shut up and work

Zack: Go die

<b>[Zack and Damien leap in opposite directions as the demons lands inbetween creating a crater where they once stood. Dust covers the air]</b>

Zack: Too slow demon!

<b>[Lands to the side and rushes toward the demon attempting a slash toward the demons arm]</b>

Demon: Hehe, stupid mortal

<b>[Swings arm sending Zack flying towards shelves being buried under the debris]</b>

Damien:<b>(How was the demon able to sense Zacks approach)</b>

<b>[Flashback Of unknown man talking to two young boys; Remember, when fighting a demon, their senses are much better then ours, remember to never let a demon smell your blood. Once the demon recognizes your scent, your done]</b>

Damien:<b>(Thats it, Zack was bleeding from the skull when he crashed threw that window)</b> Zack! The demon can smell your blood, becareful!

Demon: Too late human, his blood is to thick to escape me

<b>[Zack crawls out from the debrisand stands up panting heavily]</b>

Zack: ugh...*cough* Dammit, your going to die!

Damien: Don't be an idiot! He can smell your blood! We need to work together

Zack:(dammit he's right...what do I do!)

<b>[Blood pours from Zacks arm and Head]</b>

Demon: Your mine!

<b>[Jumps towards Zack]</b>

Zack: Shit!

<b>[Zack rolls to the side and runs to the other side of the warehouse]</b>

Damien: Get to safety!

Zack: I'm not a child asshole!

<b>[Damien jumps ontop of the demons back and begins shooting at the back of the Demons skulls]</b>

Damien: <b>(Whats going on?! He is taking my shots like fucking nursery needles)</b>

Demons: Hahaha, those bullets won't work on me anymore. Get off me worm!

<b>[Demon reaches behind and grabs Damien by the arm and throws Damien sending him flying towards the floor sliding to a far side]</b>

Damien: Dammit...*pants heavy* There must be some sort of weakness to this thing

<b>[Zack limps over to Damien and positions his in the defending position]</b>

Zack: Any plans dude, this really isn't going well. This guy seems to be immune to everything

Damien: I don't understand, his demonic energy was so low but out of nowhere it went through the roof

<b>[Demon slowly approaches]</b>

Zack: Hey man, that dudes getting a little to close. What the fuck do we do?!

Damien: Ok, my bullets may not be doing shit to this thing. But if I can distract him just for a little bit, that should give you enough time to surprise the bastard

Zack: Umm dude, i'm fucking bleeding out of my ass. You really think he won't smell me?!

Damien: Take off your shirt and give it to me

Zack: Now is not the time for dress up

<b>[Demon breaths heavy and gets closer]</b>

Damien: Shut up and give it to me!

<b>[Zack removes his shirt and hands it to Damien]</b>

Damien: Ok...ready...

<b>[Demon leaps toward the two]</b>

Damien: GO!!!

<b>[Zack dashes off as Damien runs toward the demon. Damien slides under the demon unloading shells into the demon]</b>

Demon: Stupid human, I told you those won't work against me!

<b>[Damien ends up behind the demon and takes a few steps away]</b>

Demon: Ahhh...I can smell fresh blood...heh..where are you?

<b>[Demon looks all around but soon becomes confused]</b>

Demon: What? Where is he? I smell him but...

<b>[The demon looks down]</b>

Demon: Whats this?

<b>[A shirt soaked in blood lies under the feet of the Demon]</b>

Demon: No!!!

Zack: Goodnight you ugly fucker!

<b>[Zack comes from above the demon swinging his sword down with all his might cutting the demons head clean off]</b>

Damien: To understand your enemy...weakness must be exploited...to bad you couldn't hide yours demon...

<b>[Demons body slowly evaporates into Black smoke dissapearing into the night breeze. Zack walks over to Damien]</b>

Zack: *rest sword on shoulder* Tell me again how we did that

Damien: As you already know, once the demon finds your scent there is not sneaking up on them. But then again this demon wasn't sure where you were

Zack: Oh, why is that?

Damien: Well, when I was sliding under the demon I dropped your shirt under him. Because your shirt was heavily soaked in your blood. The air was filled with your scent. It was impossible for him to pinpoint your exact location.

<b>[Zack childishly puts Damien in a headlock and rubs his hair]</b>

Zack: Damn Damien you smart ass, your just too damn good!

Damien: Please let go of me...

Zack: Come on man, we just owned that bastard!

Damien: I said let go...

<b>[Scene fades out. Fades into a School yard]</b>

Alice: Hey brother wait up!

<b>[Damien and Zack stop walking]</b>

Damien: Huh? *looks over shoulder*

Alice: Wait guys!

<b>[Alice catches up and hunches over breathing heavy]</b>

Alice: You guys didn't come to school yesterday!

Zack: We got sick, so what

Alice: The first 2 weeks of school and you guys only came for 3 days! You can't be that sick!

Zack: Why the hell do you care anyway, your just a junior. Mind your own business

Alice: Shut up! You guys are in the 12th grade, you guys need to get serious if you want to graduate. Including you Zack, your such an idiot!

<b>[Zack balls his fist]</b>

Zack: Why you little!

Damien: Sorry Alice, its just me and Zack have found a great job that gives a lot. And we have been working really hard

<b>[Zack stops in confusion and pulls back]</b>

Alice: Well ok brother, just please try to keep up with your studies

Damien: I will Alice

<b>[Damien smiles. A girl shouts in the background]</b>

Girl: Hey Alice!!!

<b>[The Girl approaches and stands next to Alice]</b>

Alice: Hi Nicole, whats up?

Nicole: Oh not much, hi Damien, hi Zack. You guys missed school again

<b>[Zack turns around]</b>

Zack: Eh

Nicole: How mature...

Alice: Its ok Nicole, they gots jobs and are working really hard!

<b>[Alice Smiles]</b>

Nicole: Thats great to hear! I dont know about Zack though, he seems a little lazy

<b>[Alice and Nicole laugh]</b>

Zack: ...Whatever...

Nicole: C'mon Zack, i'm just messing around haha

<b>[Bell rings for class]</b>

Nicole: Lets go Alice, or we're going to be late for class!

Alice: Ok! Bye Brother! See you tomorrow!

<b>[Both girls hurry to class as Damien and Zack walk the opposite way]</b>

Zack: Why are you so nice to her?

Damien: What?

Zack: To Alice man, she calls you brother. Your not even her real brother

Damien: Oh...yea I know. But we have a family bond

<b>[Zack looks over to Damien with interest]</b>

Damien: When we were young Alice always seemed to be looking for me, all the time. And one day she started calling me brother

Zack: Hmmm

Damien: I guess i'm just used to it, she is a sweet girl. She seems to always make me smile no matter what

Zack: Your full of surprises Damien, not only are you a genious in combat. But you seem to havea soft side aswell

Damien: *chuckles* Yea

Zack: I guess i'll never really understand you

Damien: And thats why we have tomorrow. To learn more about everything and everyone

Zack: You and your words
