# Why should we choose you over other applicants?
#### I think that I would be a good staff member because I am very mature, I don’t like to cause unneeded drama so I won’t be a problem on the server. I’m an unbiased person, during staff related problems I can listen to both sides of the story and still make good decisions, even if some of them are my friends getting in trouble. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so I won’t leave anything half finished like some people have done, I would deal with it until I need to go do other things as I am also a very patient person. A few other qualities I have are being optimistic, humorous, and friendly. Those would help me to be a better staff member because I would be able to engage in the community a lot more than some of the more shy staff members that I see from time to time. The final qualities I will be listing in my application is that I’m understanding and that I don’t have a lot of anger, if people do me wrong I won’t be bothered to much by it and if I am I will try to talk to them about it. Those are the reasons I should be accepted as a staff member.
