- my outlook email account has been full for over a year now, even the recycle allocation space that is provided i think 4gb for recovery purposes but all is full and it glitches out last time i messsed with it and tried deleteing all my mail from years ago

As I have been fixing cases as you have, mostly the cause of this is compatibility of the new version versus your device system requirements, or you may have non-MS antivirus software that's blocking the downloads/installation. Internet connection issue can be a factor as updates or downloads needs to have a stable and sufficient connection.

- because i think one laptop i had configured at one point in time i set it up i enabled all the updates option through local network pushing updates to other lan devices and vice versa.. and maybe because i wasnt using microsoft credentials on that kmspicod windows device, it must have delegated me to local admin rights because it didnt abide correctly for security certs maybe?\\

- because i DMZ'd the device to update at one point with all firewall open, and no firewall software on device and tried updating when connected to comcast modem router directly without being in between routers with psosible other firewall on it
