0. Operators must give 1 warning and 1 kick before any bans/mutes.
1. Operators must not punish users for expressing political opinion.
2. Operators must not punish for the odd personal attack done as a natural part of an argument.
3. Users must not establish a constant pattern of personal attacks.
4. Users must not actively threaten violence against an individual or group.
5. No doxxing or spreading personal information.
6. Erasmus is always angry.
